Bad service and damage creates by urban company AC technician

Booked deep clean service for air conditioner. Technician visited one June 18 and he included deep clean and uninstall. He uninstalled indoor unit and did deep clean.

Termite control service - Under warranty

We did a whole termite control in our home in the month of March and the service men told that it would also cover cockroaches and other insects from being entering the house for the next 1 year. Charged fraudulently for parts replacement

I awailed their service as my laptop screen was not working. They took my laptop for 2 days and replaced a part that cost 5000. After the fix also, my laptop is in the same condition.
The customer care said they won't refund the money and the issue is with the motherboard now. They are lying about the fix given....

Uninstallation and Installation of ac

The team sent from urban company to install the ac have damaged my ac to say the least. They have done a shoddy job of the earthing and sleeve, leaked the gas and have also bent my pipes. Urban company claims to give no warranty on the job for some reason, saying that because I have moved the ac to the new location they won't cater to the problem....

Hi Team,

I have raised washing machine repairing on 4th March 2023 through online payment 358/- Rs and Engineer visited on 6th March and confirmed replaced parts body cover and shocker with estimate 5500/- Rs.

I go ahead with estimate. He request paid some money for estimate preparation and I had paid 1000/- Rs through online. I am multiple time follow-up but he updated parts not received form urban company....

We had booked Pest control services on September 8th 2022.
Our second service was done in September but it was in vain. The issue was not resolved at all (red ants) and we had arranged for a revisit as well .

I have taken the service on 30th November 2021. At that time their professional change the part(valve) (which was working but having some leakage) with the new one. But the new one was having some issue so the professional dismantled old part and used one small part of it with new valve. Laser hair reduction service

I asked urban company customer support team, if i can book 5 laser session and take every session in different city and the said yes. So i booked 5 session for laser hair reduction when i was in kolkata and took one session there .
