[Resolved]  Urban Company — Invoice and Warranty not Provided.

Hi Team,

I have raised washing machine repairing on 4th March 2023 through online payment 358/- Rs and Engineer visited on 6th March and confirmed replaced parts body cover and shocker with estimate 5500/- Rs.

I go ahead with estimate. He request paid some money for estimate preparation and I had paid 1000/- Rs through online. I am multiple time follow-up but he updated parts not received form urban company. Once received I will come. After escalate this matter Engineer had visited on 14th March 2023 and replaced both parts Body and Shocker. I had paid 5500 Rs amount and He said invoice will reflect 5858/- Rs once I will updated in apps.
Once confirmation call from Uber Executive and confirmed it parts and replaced and paid amount 5500/- Rs and 358/- Rs service charges. After one hour Uber team generated invoice in apps 358/- Rs and no warranty.
I am chat with urban customer care and he said your invoice showing 5858/- Rs some software glitch issue not showing, I wait and again escalate after app showing pay online 5501 Rs. Customer care said, will update in 24 hours.
Today three days has been completed Urban company have no provide invoice and warranty. My machine is not working again and I am not open this issue, Customer care says please open new case in this Job no warranty.
I observed Urban company taken high charges of parts and no provide invoice/warranty. Such type of finical fraud and save for warranty in case of any issue.
