Urban Company — my ac was damaged by urban company and no resolution - harassment

My AC was serviced on 18th May and the unprofessional person sent by UC damaged it causing shot circuit to which revisit was arranged and the new guy Manish Verma has taken the parts for repair. Its been days already for us dying out of harassment without AC working and NO UPDATE by Urban Company.
No call backs on multiple complaints on app, email, social media everywhere
