[Resolved] Urban Company — My Bathroom has been completely spoiled

I have raised the complaint couple of times but no resolution provided by UC team, they haven't even sent anyone to check the bathroom condition. The agent has used hard scrub on the bath fittings, due to which all the items have got scratches. it has completely spoiled my bathroom. these are expensive bath fittings. 2-Oct-2022, I had booked the Bathroom cleaning.
The client ID can be search by mobile no [protected]. I had raised the complaint to them via chat and also uploaded the pics on the link provided by them. Raised a complaint on twitter, firstly they offered Rs 163/- as refund and post escalation they said they can compensate Rs 1500/-. my total spend on bath fittings are 50K which has been completely spoiled and can't be used now as they look really bad. I want the items damaged should be replaced of the same brand.
