I had booked a haircut for two persons on 24th July 2023 but due to certain reason I had to cancel it. I had cancelled it and they told that they will initialize the refund on 31st July and after that I had contacted the customer care several times but they told they had initialized but till now the amound has not been credited in my bank account.
Please help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
