[Resolved] Urban Company — No service delivered for the fees charged
I had booked for a water leak problem in my RO on 12th May. The professional came and saw the RO. He found the motor not working and recommended to change the motor and tried to sell the motor. We did not want motor to change and so he left. We thought he had fixed water leak but he had not. When we called urban company customer care, they said that unless motor is fixed, water leak will not be fixed and refused to take any action . Then we hired local professional here and he quickly fixed the leak problem by plugging the auto-cut. This local guy solved the problem in 5 mins just what urban company's so called professional could not solve. Infact their professional was fully convinced that its motor problem and though he had come for solving water leak issue he had no clue of water leak.
But we paid the urban comapny Rs 397 for this pathetic service. We complaint this to their consumer care but they did nothing. So I am put my complaint here so I can get my refund back.
