I had paid Rs 298/- through Indian Bank Debit card to Urban Co. Kolkata yesterday 09-July for my haircut. Appointment confirmed by Urban Company was at 11:30AM today 10-July. Today I find in the portal o[censored]C that "Appointment cancelled by customer". I NEVER CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT.
