I have opted for beautician service and the professional assigned to me has poor ratings, since I booked it in express there is no option to change her and hence I cancelled the service. For which they charged 200 rs since they UI don't have the option to change the professional I was charged 200rs unfairly. No proper response from UC Assistant. It is complete useless. Request Support to respond immediately. THANK YOU
