Urban Company — Refund as promised by urban company of problem recurrs in next three months

I have written the entire history will not repeat here. My major concern is that i have paid for something that was not required and i want my refund as promised to me.

I have been asked to share the inspection report on a link but the link simply opens the uc home page on the application.
The problem is gas leak and i am uploading the report here.
I need my refund for condenser as that was useless expenditure and it did not solve the intended purpose after five visits from your technicians. The condensor was replaced on 4 july and the issue reoccurred on 29 july again. So definitely the condenser was not the problem.
