I get the painting service done on Wednesday 3rd may’23, UC took 65% booking amount and rest 35% on the day before starting the service.
The painter came with a helper and they both so unprofessionally did the work at my mothers house. When pointed painter about the final quote application which painter denied and said the wall is wet. It will dry out and then later it will be done. On several follow up with painter and I visited to my mother place to check the condition of work I escalated it to UC on Saturday evening 6th may’23.
UC took 3-4 days to arrange SME visit. I shared the pictures of incomplete work.
SME came and took pictures.
Then painter called and said will come on 15th may to complete it and didn’t come. When I called him several times he disconnected and didn’t answer my call.
When my husband called home from different number he picked and started showing tantrums and said it’s only touch up work, he will do when he can. He totally denied the fact that we paid him already for the full service. UC have no Customer service numbers and it took great efforts every time to speak to them.This time I asked UC to arrange differnt painter and get the work done completely. But I didn’t hear back from them.
I paid approx 13600 to paint 1 room. And my work is still incomplete. Now I am frustrated and will get the final finishing done from outside but before this I need the refund from UC. They in incapable of handling escalation and providing quick solutions this service was under warranty as well. Still now it’s 10 days up and my walls are still the same. It’s humiliating that I have been questioned by my own family members for what I got done.
It’s frustrating.
