[Resolved] Urban Company — Refunds - Improper & Non Justified Invoices for service opted

New business model adopted by Urban Company as refunds are manipulated as labour charges and rate cards are not followed. Even if technician is genuine, the UC team making invoices are cheats...Attaching few screenshots.
