I had given my laptop for repair for a display issue. It had a refresh rate of 144Hz. They said the display had to be replaced. I specifically asked them if it was a genuine part and they assured me that it was. But when I got the laptop back, they had installed a 120Hz display. I called the repair person and he is insisting that that is the correct display when I have been using it for years now Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
