Urban Company — Termite control service - Under warranty

We did a whole termite control in our home in the month of March and the service men told that it would also cover cockroaches and other insects from being entering the house for the next 1 year. After a month after the service we could see lots of cockroaches and in fact big ones on our rest rooms and service area. When I try to claim the warranty as it is still under warranty I could not do so from my UC App. When I try to reach them there is no concrete number to reach out to them. I need either a full refund or I need the same service to happen again at my home and must be covered in warranty. This is the worst ever service done by UC.
