Charged fraudulently for parts replacement

I awailed their service as my laptop screen was not working. They took my laptop for 2 days and replaced a part that cost 5000. After the fix also, my laptop is in the same condition.
The customer care said they won't refund the money and the issue is with the motherboard now. They are lying about the fix given....

I logged into my Urban Company account and paid for AC servicing for Split AC. After I logged out. I didn't get any sms or email confirmation. I logged in my account again to check for confirmation it doesn't show any booking details or payments details. There is no way to get in touch with any customer service person. And there is no proper resolution to the email sent. Kindly refund my money. Thankfully I took a screen shot.

    I booked deep cleaning AC service from URBAN COMPANY and the professional came on 1st April and he didn't check the AC not even gas check which is included in the package. He just came and cleaned the AC with foam spray and water jet. After the service was done, I'm facing water leakage issue from AC, I did request for a revisit on 10th April and there was no professional assigned and the professional visited next day that is today on 11 April and after he checked the AC gas, he said the gas has been reduced and the AC was not cleaned properly. Now the URBAN COMPANY is offering 200/- for this gas refill and asking me to pay 2749 for gas refill. I want to file a complaint regarding URBAN COMPANY because in the warranty claim they mentioned it can be claimed within 30 days and Amount upto 10, 000 will be taken care of if there is any damage happened after the service.

      While installing and servicing the split AC by Urban company we noticed to he flap of the AC was not evenly closed from one end.We raised the issue with the professional, he tried to fix the same by twisting flap and lock of the flap so that it can be adjusted.After trying for 20 min he wasn't able to fix it so he placed all blame on us saying the same was earlier like this only.we also raised the issue with the Urban company but senior professional were also not able to fix it.They cant fix it because the professional somehow has damaged the particular part while installation or servicing.My problem is if the flap is not closed properly the dust will enter the AC more often even if it's not in use.This will decrease the life span of AC.Urban company is unable to provide any solution as they are saying it was not professionals fault.Please help with the same.

          Uninstallation and Installation of ac

          The team sent from urban company to install the ac have damaged my ac to say the least. They have done a shoddy job of the earthing and sleeve, leaked the gas and have also bent my pipes. Urban company claims to give no warranty on the job for some reason, saying that because I have moved the ac to the new location they won't cater to the problem....

          Without any prior information my account is suspended. Being a plus member i have been suspended unable to place any order and they are not giving any information regarding this. One cannot call them even for further queries.
          I tried to create another account with different no. as per told by customer service while in chat, even then my account is suspended. I bought uc plus membership in the different account too.

                The company charges Rs 749 for AC cleaning and Rs 2700 for gas filling. But in the bill they added Rs 378 claiming tax but refused to provide a tax receipt or bill.

                  I had booked urban clap service for my Television Service.
                  The issue was addressed to me correctly however the additional service was been added and I have been asking to pay for it. The professional had asked me to accept the same on the app and he would be cancelling it but he was not able to cancel the same. He did call his senior but they were also not able to help me with this.

                    Tv repaired

                    My name is Lokesh S and the tv which i have is not working so i booked urban company guy came named Titus. and serviced my tv after 2 days when i ON the tv i can see the light comes from the tv like leaking light from the sides of tv. I asked the guy what is this he said we put glue after some it will get stick together but am not convinced because no glue will takes weeks and month to stick so i said after two week i will if the problem...

                    Over the past two weeks, numerous technicians from Urban Company have worked in our home as we were renovating. Among them was Nouman Khan, AC Technician. He charged us Rs.10, 000/- on 23 March for service of 3 split ACs. We later found that he took the money personally, not as Urban Company. Moreover, the ACs are now not working properly. This was a service call, not a repair call and he seems to have deliberately spoilt the ACs. We want the ACs to be restored to full working order.

                      I subscribed to premium home
                      Cleaning services o[censored]rban company on January 22, 2023. The service providers did shoddy cleaning. When I pointed out the stained floor tiles, they argued that the tiles were faulty. They also insisted that I give them a 5 star rating. Since I was alone I got intimidated and complied. The chief supervisor left the site immediately after arrival. I am uploading 2 photos. The first one post urban company cleaning and the second one after manual cleaning. I am really disappointed with this service from

                        Hi we got the ac installation from urban company. The very first mistake is the technician did not arrive on time. He was supposed to come by 3pm but after calling and follow ups he arrived at 6 pm and did wrong installation and left. After sometime we observed heavy water leakage from indoor unit and we could not use appliance at all also we were scared if something happens to appliance because of this issue. Then we raised warranty and they were failed to send the person who installed. They sent other person and he made temp adjustments and left, after that also we were seeing water leakage. He also didnt respons after that. Again i had tp contact and made so many follow ups then they sent one more person, he came and said this has to be re installed again and he cant do that for free as its under warranty. 5 days passed already. Again i reached to aupport team and tmeverytime they are saying they will get back by so and so time bit they nevwr updated anything until i techout to them. And they keep sayong samething again and again that there is no update and i will have to wait why the hell that i have tp wait for more than a week for their mistake. Then i asked for refund for uninstall+ reinstall+ screws and tapes cost that we paid during installation+ definitely there will be gas reduction due to uninstall and install again so i asked for refund of all these damages, still no response. Why the hell i should wait so many day wasting my time and energy. Apart from that wall damage, appliance also 3 people removed and checked, who will bear it if alsomething is wrong with appliance later. I need refund fpr everything and not getting proper answer.

                          I purchased two water filters from urban company on 29-sep-2022. I was promised 1 year of free service which includes free replacement of water filters. When I checked the app now to avail the service as the water taste is very bad, I don’t see an option to book service for the water filters I purchased. All the details regarding purchase of water filters is removed from the app so there is no option to avail any service on the water filters purchased from urban company.

                          I have all the receipts, warranty cards and other details which clearly mention that the service is provided free of cost for 1 year. I would like urban company to look into this issue and replace the water filter. Please respond asap as I am not able to drink the water from past 2 day from water filter.

                              I wanted to ensure that you are absolutely clear about the actual incident. I need to formalise this & also provide my review to any new people who may think of this service.
                              1) Booking was done for 24th Feb for
                              removing hard water scaling from 3 geysers.
                              2) The person did the job & asked us to check, no issues were identified. There was one bathroom we missed checking and was found that this geyser was not working. We noticed this on day 2 as common bathroom geyser is generally used to give my pets bath.
                              3) The geyser that burst eventually was operational but the water was boiling hot each time we used it. After use of the same geyser the leak of water starts. Hence, this was not identified when the technician asked to check after completion of the job.
                              4) On March 3rd I placed a request for revisit. The technician Raghu didn’t turn up. When I called him the next day, he said he was at his native and would come by 4th noon for checking the issue. He didn’t turn up, on 5th we had to travel to our home town & hence did not initiate any re check up.
                              5) we returned after a week & had booked for a check up of common bathroom geyser by electrician sagar. He confirmed that the issue was damage of coil & thermostat which got replaced. Meanwhile we placed 2 requests for plumber visit to fix the leak of the geyser in the master bedroom. Nothing worked, geyser worked with water overheating, leak didn’t stop.
                              6) on 16th March the geyser with leak burst while using it for bath. We then purchased a new geyser & got it fixed by a near by store electrician & plumber. As per him the following was the issue:
                              - The technician Raghu apparently damaged the coil of the geyser resulting in damage of thermostat. This resulted in over heating of water while switched on.
                              - The technician could have been aware of the damaged coil but chose not to disclose. Damaged equipment when used resulted in the catastrophic incident of geyser burst.
                              7) The third geyser which never reported any issue had water overheat while using it. No other apparent issues. Hence we got the local electrician to check this geyser too.
                              It has been identified that the thermostat is not functioning & hence resulting in water being over heated while using it.

                              As per the local electrician & the apartment electrician, the issue was caused by damage made by Raghu (UC technician) on all geysers. Resulting us in having to waste time & money fixing the issue & also deal with a catastrophic incident of geyser burst. When spoken to your so called customer support agent, she pushed it aside saying it was the customer’s mistake not checking the geyser after the initial service. If you use your common sense you can make out from the email that the issue did
                              Not show up soon after the service on 2nd March, except for one bathroom which we didn’t check.

                              Before I write this review in a public forum talking about the due diligence you go to recruit technicians with the right skill set, I want to know how do ensure safety of your customers. What would be your action in case there was a fire at my home due to the geyser burst. I don’t want anyone else to go through a trauma that we went through & hence definitely put this feedback to the wider consumers to be cautious about your service offerings.

                              To add, all my geysers have not completed even 5 years. We purchased it from Havells last week of April 2018. Per the company, a geyser can last upto 10-12 years.. You owe me the full warranty of all 3 geysers for damaging it & also causing me mental trauma.

                                Invoice and Warranty not Provided.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have raised washing machine repairing on 4th March 2023 through online payment 358/- Rs and Engineer visited on 6th March and confirmed replaced parts body cover and shocker with estimate 5500/- Rs.

                                I go ahead with estimate. He request paid some money for estimate preparation and I had paid 1000/- Rs through online. I am multiple time follow-up but he updated parts not received form urban company....
