[Resolved]  Urban Company — TV repair and after sales service

I booked a professional for repair of tv on 30 th May 2022. The urban company charged me for replacement of speakers and other charges. After a day, the same problem occured for which the technician told me that the speaker installed recently by him was not good so he will replace the same soon. On 11th june 2022, he replaced the speakers again. For some days, the same problem again occured.. Now when I connected with the customer support o[censored]rban company, they told me that the warranty is recently expired. I just want to know whether they have the habit of installing things which creates problem again just after the warranty period so that they can again charge for the service and product. Moreover it's been more than 24 hours when I lodged the complaint to customer support but to my disbelief no body bothers... The next level is consumer court.. Where I am sure I will get the resolution, if not here.
