My account was fixed on 7th Aug as there was some gas leak...but just in 2 days it stopped cooling...upon claiming warranty by urban company got to know that the coil is damaged however none of the previous professional told me about this...hence it must have gotten damaged during repair...I've got no callback from urban company...even after raising multiple requests...being a pm myself it is worst cx you can give...if this is not fixed I am taking this to the consumer court...and it will be a lot more than just 10k

    अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी गौरव त्यागी, भारत सरकार के Ministry Of Electronics & Information Technology के अन्तर्गत सीनियर टेक्निकल निदेशक के पद पर देहरादून में नियुक्त है ।

    -- मैंनेे 28 जून 2022 को प्रथम बार आपके प्रतिनिधि श्री अतहर खान से अपना Voltas एसी ठीक कराने के लिये विडियो सलाह ली थी और एसी इंजीनियर की सर्विस बुक कराई थी ।

    ---तदानुसार दिनांक 29 जून 2022 को आपके अधिकृत इंजीनियर श्री संतोष कुमार द्वारा मेरे खराब पड़े वोल्टास एसी को चेक कर Crack फ्रेल नट को बदला गया व उसमें गैस फिलिंग की गई । एसी 4–5 दिन सही चला उसके बाद उसकी कृलिंग फिर से कम हो गई ।

    ---इसकी शिकायत पुन:आपके एप पर की गई । 6 जुलाई 2022 श्री संतोष कुमार ने दोबारा Revisit कर एसी में गैस लीक पाया और फिर से गैस भर दी । एसी लगभग एक सप्ताह ठीक चला उसके बाद फिर से कूलिंग कम हो गई ।

    ---एक बार फिर से आपके एप से सम्पर्क करने पर मुझे बताया गया कि इस बार किसी सीनियर इंजीनियर को भेजा जायेगा लेकिन अभी स्लाट खाली नहीे है । कई बार सम्पर्क करने पर आपके प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा लगातार यही बताया जाता रहा कि सीनियर इंजीनियर के स्लाट खाली नहीं है । और साथ ही यह सलाह भी दी गई आप अपने गैस फिलिगं के पैसे वापिस ले लें और फ्रेश शिकायत करें । मुझे यह भी बताया गया कि आपकी 60 दिन की आापकी वांरटी 28 अगस्त 2022 तक है । और यदि सर्विस के दौरान आपके एसी के किसी पार्ट को नुकसान हुआ होगा तो उसका 10000 तक का कवर रहेगा । मैंने उक्त आश्वासन प्राप्त होने पर आापके प्रतिनिधि को गैस के पैसे लौटाने की सहमति दे दी गई ।
    ---मैने पुन: 8 अगस्त 2022 को आपके एप पर एसी की कुलिंग की फ्रेश शिकायत बुक कराई । दिनांक 9 अगस्त 2022 को एक बार फिर आपके अधिकृत इंजीनियर श्री संतोष कुमार ने एसी कर निरीक्षण किया और इस बार बताया गया कि आपके एसी का कन्डेन्सर खराब हो गया है । और इसको ठीक करने में 6000 कन्डेसर काईल और 3000 गैस फिलिंग के मिलाकर 9000 का खर्च लगेगा ।

    अब मुझे लग रहा है कि आपका इंजीनियर अप्रशिक्षित था । उसकी गलत सर्विस के कारण उसने मेरे एसी का कन्डेन्सर खराब हुआ है । मैं आपके 10000 के कवर के अन्तर्गत मेरे एसी को तत्काल ठीक कराये जाने की मांग करता हूं । आप मेरे एसी को आगामी 10 दिन के अन्दर ठीक करायें ।

      I am Urban Company Customer with registered mobile [protected]. I am having worst experience at this moment on Split AC cooling resolution issue, after paying 16000 INR to Urban Company no one bothers the resolve the issue and item is in Warranty.

      1. On 22nd March 2022- Technician came and said gas needs to be filled - I asked him to verify the leakages - Verified, said no leakages - Charged INR 2500/-
      2. On 12th June 2022 - Same technician came and said gas needs to be filled and Aluminum pipes are gone and needs to be replaced with Copper Pipes. So eventually the amount I Paid in March is waste and now to replace Copper piles and all works (Gas Filling and refitting AC) - technician charged INR 13, 498. Used AC only for a week
      3. On 2nd August 2022 - Switching on after a Month now again cooling does not comes. It is free revisit as still under Warranty, technician says there is Compressor problem and he needs approval to do it. And Over vide call senior technician said all good, but no cooling Comes. I don't understand how one can say all good if no cooling comes via AC and technician pulled out all the gas.
      4. Did too many follow ups with Urban Company via app, daily one new person calls - after reminders via apps - and had to explain same story to every one. No one maintains the history of the problem.
      5. On 9th August 2022 - Another technician came, he gives different reason, there is leakage in pipe. He does not want to do service as he does not get money as AC is under Warranty.

      Finally no one is interested to solve the problem. Urban Company does not maintain what Customer explains and what needs to be solved. Losing trust on the organization after paying 16000 INR, and if you see no one bothers about it, how can an organization build a trust.

      Unit is still under Warranty, no matter if the warranty expires (14th Aug 2022) problem needs to be resolved as complaint was given way ahead of time and doing daily follow up for the resolution.

      Technician came and fixed after warranty period was over. Now it AC cooling is working fine. Hope these issues wont get repeated and Urban Clap focuses on customer satisfaction.

      Technician came and resolved the issue on 16th August. Before closing this I want to wait for a month as the problem also with a gas leakage which takes time to observe whether the problem is resolved or not. But thank you for addressing from this channel.
      Let's wait and watch.

        I have taken a service two weeks ago and I have not received any invoice yet. I am writing mails regularly to which I have got no response yet.

        I am regretting my decision to service from urban clap as its so hard to get a simple invoice.

            Complaint -- Water Purifier

            This is in regards to the Water Purifier which was sold by Urban Company not more than 3 Months back and i have been facing a lot of Issues and no one is ready to Help me.

            I purchased this water Purifier in April this year and so far it has gone faulty at-least 4 times. Including Defects with Over Flowing, Lights Not working and now from the past 2 days RO is not functioning at all. I have raised a complaint 2 days back and...

            Dear Urban Company Team,

            Greetings of the day

            This mail in regards to the Urban company services for AC has been taken from your portal on April 19th 2022 done by Mohd. Shahwez Asif.

            After service we got the information that during service the PCB unit was destroyed while doing service by Water.

            When the complaint for the same was raised to the urban company the company sent a new executive namely Sakir Hussain bearing Mobile Number - [protected].

            That on May 10th as per the company policy he repaired the PCB and gas in the AC unit but the remote which was included in the New PCB was not working.

            Mr Sakir promised to provide the new Remote within 2 working days and the same was mentioned in the receipt provided by us.

            That since a month after taking daily follow ups he denied to give any remote for which I approached the urban company. After 3 days of followup he reached out to my place today i.e 14.07.2022 around 16:30 P.M. during which my old mother was available.

            That while he gave the remote which was too old and unoperational my old mother objected the same but he got so rude and said "Itna Bura karunga ki AC kya kuch nahi chala Paaoge"" and ""AC ke saare parts nikaal ke le Beech dunga".

            After this wording to safeguard her from the same heated up professional she took the old remote and gave me a call for assistance.

            For 2 months my AC unit is unoperational and my mother has been given threats by the Professional.

            I am writing this mail that if the urban company will resolve the issue within 48 hours of this mail or else I will be bound to File a case against the professional in the Police Station and same a case of various Penal Provisions against the Company in competent court of law.

            Awaiting for a quick and Positive response.

                Date: 25th June - first repair
                18th July - second visit and confirmation that due to the negligence of the technician the appliance has been damaged.

                Description: I had booked for my refrigerator repair and it was attended on 25th June. The repair was done and soon after another issue resurfaced. Water started leaking from all over the fridge. On 18th July another complaint was filed and same professional visited. He confirmed that this is due to the repair work that was done by him the last time and that he forgot to mention to me that this could be the side-effect of that repair.

                As a result, my appliance has been damaged. I have been following up with UC for 15 days and no positive response and no resolution. Very frustating and unprofessional service by UC.

                I have claimed for UC warranty, which is part of company's policy. But so far no response.

                  I had an appointment of bathroom cleaning on saturday(30 july 2022) at 12 PM and i had done the payment of that service before service .But due to some reason sevice provider didn't come and then i had called on urban company gurgaon office and they had arranged another service provider at 1:30 pm same day but after his service completion he was asking for payment then i checked on portal urban company didnot transfer my amount to that service and i had done paymnet of Rs 652 again cash then i had called urban company center at gurgaon office multiple timesbut they didnot pick and they have not refunded amount of Rs 652 yet.Means i have paid twice for a single service .Resolve this matter as soon as possible otherwise i'll make a complaint against this company.

                    Regarding damage of property during cleaning services

                    I had taken bathroom cleaning service on 30th of July evening. The executive came with his wife to do the service.

                    Cleaning was done fine, also the executive had asked me to check if the service was done properly or not.

                    The bathroom was cleaned well, however because it was wet, I could not identify any issues in at that time.

                    Next morning (today) when I used the basin tap water, I could see...

                    Complaint against Bathroom Cleaner attitude and cancellation

                    I had a booking for bathroom cleaning today at 1:00 p.m.The cleaner called and asked if he could come early and I said yes.When he came he was wearing extremely dirty stained gloves and I told him that why is he still wearing those dirty gloves and not changed.He said he will change while starting to cleaning.This is totally unaccaptable as how can he enter my house and touch the railing of the staircase with those dirty gloves.ANyway he...

                    actually i have registered for technician to solve water droplets issue under the AC and 3 visits have been done but the problem still happening and there is no option now to select revisit of technician and i was getting messages continuosly from the urban company that my phone no is not reachable but 1 day from your team one person has called me and said that he will escalate the issue but still nothing happened so i request you to solve my issue as soon as possible.

                      I booked a AC service in May 3rd week the guy came said a lot of parts need to be changed .. everything okeyed and done .. But after a few days o[censored]sage we noticed that the cooling issue still persit insist a huge consolidated Fog sort of is dispensed .. We again called the AC technician or repeat service ... He inspected and
                      pacified the people at home that it is normal ... But we have 3 split AC's in the house serviced by the principal company and they are 100% fine. Now after a month the AC is gone 100% flat only air coming no cooling at all... though we have not used AC due to rainy season in the last month ++ . Urban company is washing off their hands saying you will have to again pay for service .. This is not good ... rather better to deal with local area technicians they are moderately priced and quite considerate ..

                        Urban Company damaged and destroyed my Appliance

                        I had booked a TV repair with Urban company for since my tv display wasn't working. The technician arrived 2 hrs late and then dismounted the TV and told me that the cannot diagnose the problem at my home and will have to take it to the service centre in order to check what the issue is. It took him three days to even diagnose the issue and another 3 days to give me an estimate. The issue stated as per him was a display panel issue. Note...

                        I have taken water purifier service on 12th May. UC technician came and fitted local filters instead o[censored]C filters. And then we started getting carbonparticles in water purifier. By the time I made a complaint, 2 months were over and their so called warranty expired. Now when I called another UC person after 2 months, he told me what the previous person did. Their technician scammed me but they can't do anything.

                          My TV was damaged by the professional while inserting in the carton. Then when the other urban clap person came for installation he confirmed by turning on the tv which was wrongly inserted into the carton and also the force has been applied due to that tv got damaged.
                          Urban clap is simply telling that the professional is refusing that he has done damage. And telling simply they can’t do anything my tv is worth of 1 and half lakh rupees and it’s just 4 months old one. I need my tv back to normal position that it please help me regarding this

                            I have booked the Urban Company 3x move-in-bathroom(4 Hours intense cleaning) cleaning service at Begumpet Hyderabad, through UC App online and made payment online. The Booking was for thursday 10am, 20th july 2020, and the UC professional made an excuse that the flat owner is not available when i was waiting at my home, after waiting for a while i called up the urban company customer care and spoke to Mr. Raj kumar and lodged a compalint bearing No"UC0429B7638". Subsequently the UC professional arrived at 11.30am and did the poor cleaning in 3 newly built bathrooms in an hour and left by 12.50. After a while when i checked the bathrooms, the bathroom was still unclean, wall tiles were not cleaned at, there was dust and leftover grout still on the walls and floors. I had to claim the warranty which is for four days from the date of service, and on 22nd july 2022, i received a call from UC case attendee regarding my complaint which could not be resolved as i asked them to send someone who is good and experienced in cleaning services, instead the executive said due to the UC policy the same professional would be sent or a 30% refund out of my total online payment made to them to which i did not agree. Subsequently another complaint wad lodged by me beating No"UC048B14082" dated[protected]. It is completely money and time wasting scheme by Urban Company. The Urban Company do not value the time and money of consumers. This was my First time that i booked from Urban Company Services. I will never recommend anybody else to opt for pathetic UC Cleaning Services, NEVER GOING TO MAKE ANY URBAN COMPANY SERVICES AGAIN AND I ALSO SUGGEST OTHERS ALDO TO HIRE LOCAL PROFESSIONAL TO DO THE JOB, I REQUEST OTHERS TO PLEASE VERIFY AND REVIEW BEFORE GOING WITH URBAN COMPANY SERVICES, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY AND TIME ON URBAN COMPANY SERVICES, 🙏

                              Hi,
                              I used to trust Urbancompany with its services but it had proven me wrong as your employees have shown such disrespect to me who was your long time customer.
                              The actual problem- I had booked for a plumbing service on 20th July 2022, your professional came at around 9 in the morning and till evening 5 pm he couldn't solve the problem. The problem being simple as the concealed flush tank was not filling water. He said that some parts needed to be replaced, he went out and returned after more than an hour and still the problem remained. (He charged me Rs. 2500/- for the part which I bought at Rs. 800/- later.) As he showed incompetency i asked him to take up his other orders till then i will get the part and then will call him. Then he came but still the problem didn't go away. He said the part that I bought didn't fit. So I returned it.
                              So while leaving he broke one of the flush tank parts from the inside which we at home came to know when i booked for another plumber from your side the next day. But he too genuinely said he couldn't do it and took the charged money which is Rs. 369/- and left.
                              My point being, I had to stay home for them as my mother was alone at home but in spite of that my problem was not solved upon that your guy broke one of my parts and fixed the things in a jumbled way on 20th. Second, it cost me two days of job work as I had to stay home to attend them. And after all that the problem persists.
                              So now after all this mental torture, i seek help from your customer helpline. They heard everything and then said they will look after the issue but then after that you all forgot. Nobody seems bothered and no one cares about the issue I am facing and the kind of harassment you and your people are causing me.
                              Who is going to pay for the broken part, my two days' job work has piled up and my two days salary has just blown away and your people are telling me that they are refunding me Rs. 369/-. I want that refund but also the cost that it will take me to repair the broken part by your professional.
                              This is ridiculous from a brand like you. And if I don't see any help coming from your side I am willing to take this matter on a higher level and take it legally and I will make sure I get a refund for all my mental peace that you and your people have disturbed and damaged and also for the broken parts of my tank.
                              Thanks for such a wonderful lame experience.

                                Service booking cancelled/No refund of booking amount

                                I booked the house-cleaning service offered by Urban Company on 18 July, 2022. The cleaning was to be done on 20 July, 2022. I pressed the time slot at 8.30 am and paid the booking amount Rs. 499/-
                                On 20 July, at 7.30 am, , I got a call from a guy who asked for my number - yes, he asked for my mobile number while making a call to me - and asked for the address and landmarks. I gave these to him.
