*on 18th june 2020 i had booked an ac technician. Mr siddiqui muhammadjuber abduali was assigned who told me that the motor and fan of the ac needs to be replaced. I told him to get me a new motor which he did for 2338rs. And the ac worked well for a day. The ac is company ac and i am accountable for any parts replaced.
*the ac stopped working nd i got inntouch with the technician directly nd he never cme. So i got in touch with customer cre nd they reassigned mr abduali for the sme. Mr abduali cancelled my booking.
*i scheduled a new a new booking and the new technician was asked not to work on the ac.
*after sending several mails i was contacted by ms shikha from customer care and i was told the motor would be returned and the ac would be repaired.
*mr abduali returned a duplicate motor which the company confirmed as duplicate.
*the new technician has told me that i would have to buy a new motor which would cost me 5oook.
* urban clap has displayed unprofessionalism by not dealing with their own employee and keeping their customers waiting and not respinding. Was this information helpful? |
