On registering a repair for my Bosch washing machine(washing cycle not working) on 4 August 2020, a service repair person called Ajay Garg came to check on the complaint. But instead of repairing, he said that if I waited for Urban Company to replace the drum, it will take more than a week. So he asked me to close the complaint and said that I must report to Urban Company that I have got it repaired from outside and so he downloaded the app and even closed the complaint with the OTP sent saying let the the complaint get resolved.
I feel I was fooled into believing the two executives( Ajay Garg and Amit) and above all I was fooled into giving 6500 for the drum when the issue was never with the drum. Not only that, in the matter of these 2 months, I would have called atleast 50 times and as they are incompetent workers and till now have not resolved the issue saying it is now heater fault and even removed it saying, they will bring the rod and fit it back. Now despite three months, they are postponing the visit citing various reasons and have not able to clear the issue. On top of it, the water now leaks from the front door. I know I have no right even to complaint against Urban Company as I was fooled by these executives and did not realize the mistake until now when they are unable to clear it. My only request is to set these executives right so that nobody should be fooled into getting the work done outside the company. But more than that, what kind of repair service people are hired by urban company? Under their very nose, they go about fooling and cheating people. Just to save a week's time, now I have lost 3 months in agony. I would also appreciate if I could get my refund of 6500(drum cost) from them.
I would be grateful if my complaint is resolved properly and the heater rod replaced along with the washing cycle and water leaking repaired.
