I book a washing machine service two days back for today at 10:00 a. M. To unlock today's date recharge mi 49 rupees for the confirmation and also send me a confirmation message for the booking confirmed and assign technician. Today morning at 10:00 a. M. I receive a call from them saying that they do not have the technician and they will not be in the position to serve me. I told them what is the point of a customer paying a booking advance it's just to be make sure that the the services will be done. The representative call me back from urbanclap and without my consent hi cancel my request and initiated the 49 rupees refund in my account. I have recorded the line while speaking the representative and in which i am very clear that i am not giving the consent to cancel my booking the representative on the other side said that i can take an action against him. This is not the first time urbanclap has done this in fact it is a third time the same story. This kind of service is not acceptable to me or to. Any consumer.
