I had taken 2 a/c service from them, in one a/c the water leakage problem started after servicing all the dust passes thru pipe on there jet pump service, i had complained the same and on 18 may engineer visited and some how manage to solve the leakage issue, but i'm not satisfied and told him that what if leakage started again, he assure me that just intimate thru app and they will visit again and resolve the issue.
On 16th june the water leakage problem again started and on 17th i had registered complain thru app. There app has taken complain and assigned engineer and i got the confirmation sms on my mobile with engineer detail and visit timing, despite that customer care called and told me that they only take complain within 30 days, and your 30 days already lapse on 11th june.
First of all the 30days not complited from repair that, and there system showing 60 days warranty, thatswise the app is still taking complain.
How a company denied service when there system has accepted the same. There executive agreed and confirm me that i will received call from repair section and they will resolve the issue, but still not received any call from them Was this information helpful? |
