There was an issue in the washing machine as water inlet was not smooth. So I booked a service with UC and professional Ashok Singh Rawat visited on 21st June 2021. he checked and diagnosed that water inlet valve needs a replacement. He then replace it and machine was running ok. The total bill amount was INR 1, 197.
Now since 02nd Aug 2021 again the same issue arises, so I booked the service. Noted that there is warranty of replaced part till 19th September 2021. A professional Dheeraj Tuli was assigned for the job for 04th Aug 2021 at 09:00 am. On 03rd Aug 2021 Dheeraj Tuli called me and stated that he is not able to see the booking timings at hi send and asked me to re-schedule the booking. As a customer I do not know what process do UC follows, so I re-schedule the timings to 04th Aug 2021 09:30 am. However this time Dheeraj Tuli didn't accept it. This make me suspicious. I also received several calls from US customer care that why I have re-schedule and I made them know the whole story. They told me that they are unable to find a professional for my booking and there can be a delay.
So finally the professional didn't visited and I have again now scheduled the booking for 05th Aug 2021 at 10:00 am. This time professional name is Abdul Karim.
