Urban Company — didnt recieve an online payment back after cancelling and repeatedly reminding about the same.

I couldnt take a services but had paid online. So cancelled the booking and repeatedly tried to contact the urbanclap team. There is no response. The money blocked by them is inr1088 which needs to be looked into. There came a reply by some misha grover who asked me for my bank account details which is so ridiculous to be asked for. I have had a worst experience with this fake popularity of the company. It is a trap in urbanclap.
