Urdoorstep Eretail — website is not functioning. funds in the wallet

Hi - I have an amount in Urdoorstep account and I noticed the website is not working past one month. The customer care phone number is not working so is the email id. How should i go about claiming the refund.

I checked all my emails/sms's but there is no intimation of shutting their website etc. I'm wondering is this another case of fraud. How to go about filing complaint?...

Urdoorstep Eretail — non-refund of balance money

I've a balance of rs.1503/- in my urdoor step account. Now that their app and customer care number are not working. Their phone number given for customer care is[protected] which no one attends, only an automated voice command comes in that asking to hold the line. Urdoorstep Eretail — no refund since may 2019

I subscribed (Rs. 1000) for farm connect organic milk on 5th may 2019 and the product was not delivered as urdoorstep do not have service.in mid may 2019 i requested for refund and inspite of making so many reminders and calls to shabnam (Customer representative) i did not get my money back. Till now i got many dates from shabnam and not even one single commitment fulfilled....
