Urdoorstep Eretail — wallet amount is not refunded

Hi Team,

urdoorstep is not servicing in my area hebbal. There is an amount of rs 500 in my wallet.so i applied for refund on feb 2018.since then i followed up through mail and phone, many times also mailed them to [protected]@urdoorstep.com. Everytime they say it may take 1 week or so, but so far for 5 months I did not get my money back and I hear same story every time.

This is a fraud company, guys please dont use there services, also warn ur friends and relatives.
