I have purchased usha pump, after purchase 1 month the product stopped working.
So i contact to the customer care number[protected],[protected] kolkata) and made a complaint (Complain number - cc[protected]) about solving the problem.
After some days customer care executive came our home and he told me i need to pay for repairing the product even though have within the warranty.
He told me water entry in the motor so it is chargeable.
After that many time, i want tried to contact via (Call, chat, email) the customer care for solved the problem but not solved!!!
So from my point of view, the quality of service usha.com brand is very bad.
So my point is
01. A water pump is any device for moving water. (Water pump definition).
02. The product is working for easy move water, how water entry in the motor???
03. The problem is ours? Or your (Usha brand)???
04. Usha customer care executive told me water entry in the motor (That was machine problem) so why i need to pay for repairing the product???
05. Please improve your (Usha brand) quality of service.
