I have purchased immersion water heater model no ih 3810/ih 3815 from singh enterprises, shajahanpur on 09.11.2019. But it was used for only 25 days. On 05.12.2019, it was found damage during it's function.. I. E while heating water it has broken into 02 or 03 pieces. It is extremely surprised. However it was returned to dealer who sold "singh enterprises" on same day. Still it is not resolved by him. I. Request you to kindly take up and resolve.

Hi!, i have raised a complaint about an issue in usha iron and the technician visited last monday 16th sep'19 and told me that there is an issue with the pcb and that needs to be replaced and he will come again with the part to replace it. Later, on 18th sep i have received a call from customer care department that whether the issue is resolved or not and then i have told her about the entire episode and she was been informed by me not the technician, then the call is again arranged and i have got to know that the part will be ordered and the payment need to be made by me because the product is out of warranty and i agreed as i have bill with me but unfortunately warranty card is not with me. Today, i have again been called and kiran the customer care executive is saying that part is not available as the model is obsolete hence they are cancelling the complaint.
My question is here that i have purchased a product only a year ago and now how can usha get rid of saying that part is not available. I have purchased the iron not for a year only.
Would request to intervene and get this resolved asap.

It's clearly a manufacturing defect. My kind request to look into this matter on highest priority and at the earliest.

So what happened, the cooler was running and in running codition Fan broke into two pieces and at high speed these pieces collided with the water tank surface and damaged the water tank as well....

We bought usha Striker galaxy model fan in February, this year.We bought it from Madhu Enterprises, Suryabagh, visakhapatnam. In the starting the Fan's speed was good, But eventually now-a-days the speed was gradually decreasing. Even at the maximum speed, it is rotating slowly! So i want you to look forward and solve pur problem. Be as fast as possible.

Mai iss mahine usha company se ek sailing fan purchase kiya tha jisame 2 year ka warranty tha ab mera calling fan kharab ho chuka hai mai 15 din se usha customers care se baat kar raha ki koi technician ko bhej kar fan thik kar de baat but company wale koi help nahi kar rahe hai aj kal aj kal kar aaj 15 din ho gya... Mai iss madhaym se apni samsya ka hal karane ka prayas kiya hai
Aur is company pe jald se jald koi kraywahi ki jay

I talk to customer care to ludge a free demonstration on 12 aug 2019. After a lapse of 5 days neither any body come for demo nor contacted me. Fan was slow down its original speed and short on fan. Spark on fan coil and voltage is 220 but fan of is very slow running.

1hp moter mono block pump is not working from last 7 days. Kindly help to resolve this as soon as possible. We are struggling with moter last 3-4 months with heavy sound also. We buy this in sept 2018. Kindly resolve this asap within 2-3 days. My son have raised complaint 2 days before but nobody come for complaint. So, i request you please resolve this fast.

I had purchased an electric iron from a registered authorised dealer (Rana electricals sector 9 panchkula) o[censored]sha international company bearing model no ei 3710 voltage 240v ac wattage 1000w frequency 50hz purchased date 12.04.2019 with two years of warranty.

But from the very first day i m facing problem as the knob of heat adjustment is very loose and yesterday the press had a spark afterwards it haven't worked. I am fed up with this iron and request to please replace the same.

The remote and reciever I purchased with the striker galaxy 1200 mm seiling fan costs 800 rs for the remote and reciever. the reciever was damaged internally and it does not work, so I request the customer care to check it on 30 june, 2019 and today is 23 july, where they promised that they will fix the problem within 3 to 4 days but till today no technician has visited My home. they are giving the excuses of bad weather etc. this company is a worst company. If anybody buying products from this company, they are going to waste their money and time. I am very disappointed with the usha company service, because they are wasting My times where I have not enough time for myself.

Under warranty repair of portable evaporative air cooler ct193 (Tornado) purchase from gupta electricals vrindavan mathura up againt cash memo no 1499 dated 26/04/2019 complain was lodged on 12 july 19 againts cc no. Cc[protected] stating cooler gives very sound while running on high mode the job was assigned to santi service and representative mr. Dilip kumar deputed to attempted the complain and said motor is unserviceable and required to change the same will be replaced after four days apart of several remainder no one has been deputed to aatempt the complaint i have many electical and electronics items pertaining to your company and the their services are equally good but unfortunately the service of cooler has disappointed me is requested that suitable arrangements may be made to avoid further complications...

Your kind action on the subject will be highly appreciated.

Priyam shrivastava have purchased usha room heater model hc 812 t. I leave at b484 sector3 nalco township damanjodi koraput odisha. I called to usha customer care [protected] on 2:00 pm 09/07/2019 to complaint against not functioning of room blower. Some guy rakesh picked the called and he was saying such nonsense that it will work only when temperature would be arround 10-12 degree. I told him that i have 2 more blowers of bajaj and orpat those are working at this condition. Here temperature is arround 24 degree. Rakesh behavior was also not good on support. My blower is not working which is under warranty and he is not even ready to take the complaint. I am really disappointed with your service support.

Please take necessary action regarding him and do the needful to solve my blowers problem.

Such a useless and unprofessional service from usha company is not acceptable. Filed a complaint on 27th may still not action and resolved. Today the complaint is closed without resolution dear customer, compl. Ic[protected] has been closed & rs. 0 collected as service/spares charges. For any further assistance, please call usha care at [protected].. Please let me know i[censored]sha company is capable enough to resolve issues. If not i'll raise to consumer court

I have mixture and there was some issue with bucket, so i had call to customer care and they told me issue will be resolve within 48 hrs, but after 2 days i didn't received any call from engineer, when i call him on tuesday (2/7/2019) at around 7:30, he was rudely telling this is not time to talk.

Also, without any visit my ticket was closed with comment "customer out of town". Is this the solution?

If this type of service you are providing then this is not at all good. Improve your service.

I purchased brand new food processor.
After opening the box, the three pin was found damaged (Earthing pin in broken condition). Also after connecting to plug, processor was not working,

No rotation found in spinning wheel of processor. The power supply switch is glowing on, but after switching the knob, no any movement seen in spinning wheel.

I had purchase a usha air cooler dyanmo vx cd 708 on[protected]. After a month the water pump stopped working. I registered a complain with complain id# ic[protected], a technician came same day with a non-branded water pump to replace it with the usha water pump of my cooler. I asked him to go and get back with branded one. Rather than replacing it then he fixed the older one, that was okay for me as i just wanted it to work. After a few days, it again malfunctioned and stopped working, then upon my second complain# ic[protected], the same person came and replaced the pump. From then, i am facing a lot of issues with this cooler, it is throwing a lot of water outside in front and at the back side, the major issue is electric shock. To change the direction of my cooler, i touch the cooler and i had an electric shock.

Both the times, my complain was assigned to divyansh services (Faridabad).

This machine is now dangerous for me and my family member's life. I will surely not take any risk with it, i want it to be replaced or want return it. Hello, i have bought ab usha nutrichef hand blender with jar and stick. The blender is made of low quality first of all and the service for the broken part is not done from last 3 months. Below attachted is the detail of company who was assigned to resolve the issue. Please look into the matter and solve the problem. Company is not at all responsible about the service of the small issue. Least bothered about the subject.

I have buy a room cooler on 18-06-19. Some problem in products. So i have complain in usha service centre. My complain number is cc[protected].in call centre he said that you will have a technician in between 24 to 48 hours. But it did not happen. Today even after 7 days no one has come. Calling in call center is also not responding. What do i do now?? Please do my problem as soon as possible.

Hi, I purchased an exhaust fan in Nov2018. It has 1 year warranty. The fan has stopped working since a month now. I have raised complaint with Usha customer care almost two weeks back and called them at least 10-15 times thereafter. They promise the send technical executing in 24/48 hours but no one approaches to us to resolve issue.

There is no service support from Usha, it is unacceptable and they aren't bothered of their customers. Its one kind of harassment to be very clear.

Their call center executive is never available on toll free number and call get gets registered for call back. Many times the call on tollfree number is routed to adhaar service center.
