We are calling usha international customer service from past two months as our mixer is not working, the first time when we called the customer service is on august 4th or 5th, a person came from the service center checked our mixer and told that there is a problem with the motor and as the motor is still under warranty he said that he will bring the motor next, and after that no one visited for the service, and almost every day we are calling the cusomer service and they say that "today they will definitely come" but on the end of the day no one will visit, and we are fed up with this and still our mixer is not working, please help us.

My Halogen Oven, 3 weeks before, was burned and flames came while cooking. It is not working. I contacted usha toll free number 4 times about this. Every time I called they told that by that evening it would be get repaired. 4 times they told and no response was there from executive o[censored]sha.

    I purchase the one usha water pump one month ago it is 1hp pump but as mentioned 1hp it does not work like 1hp pump. Usha 1hp water pump does not good product to transport water to your tank on 1st floar. From mt opinion this product bad product from company. It consumed more electricity but not transport water on the basis of consumption of electricity. So solve that problem immediately.

          I brought usha ceiling fan in month of may, which stopped working since last three (3) days.
          For that i have raised service request yesterday, and was told to get service within 48 hours.

          Today one of technician for fan repairing gave me a call around 1535 hrs.
          However i was unable to pick his call as was in meeting and gave call back approx 1550 hrs.

          I was surprised and scared after conversation with him.
          These are the key points of conversation with him.
          -he (Mr. Sunil - technician) told he went to shop and gave call to me, but as i was not reachable on phone so he left airoli and now in vashi.
          -i asked him, to let me know what time he can come today. For that he refused to come today, and told will see tomorrow as today i was not available for his call when he came.
          -i asked him, that you should have called me before coming to my place rather than reaching at door, and then telling excuse for not coming today.in that way we both would have been available same time without making anyone wait.
          -he threaten me that, i should do whatever i can and he will look into the matter not before tomorrow. For that i informed him it’s my room fan and i am facing problem as fan is not working since last 2 nights.
          -another surprising suggestion from him, that i should keep fan with dealer rather than at home, i told him i raised a request and gave my home address not dealer shop.

          I am requesting m/s. Usha to look into matter, and avoid sending mafia kind of personnel to peoples home. It’s not safe.
          And would request to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action.

          Another request, technician must call before reaching to customer place, rather than reaching there and giving call.
          That will make life easy for everyone, and service will go very smoothly.

          Over n above senior customer care executive told that she will resolve the matter and will revert by 1730 hrs, however as i didn't got any call from her so i called nyself at 1746 hrs. And then i came to know, she has left office and no action has been taken.

            We have purchased a product called
            ​​ "food processor model no: fp2663 on 14th aug 2017 and took delivery on 16th aug 2017” from a great brand named usha international.​

            W​e are so excited the product; after testing, we come to know that 3 out of ​only ​one jar (Juicer jar) ​is working and other two jars (Multi purpose and chatny jar) are not working​.

            ​however, we logged a complaint
            ​​ (Complaint no: 5757, dt. 17/08/2017), resolved the same on 26/08/2017. The service representative visited and said that the problem is in its lock and the same has been replaced with new one. Also, we noticed that the new lock has been assembled with a piece of plastic for support and not supplied by the manufacturer.

            Later, when we are stared using the multi purpose and chatny jar again we faced another problem that coupler of both food processor and jars are crushed badly and damaged. Again, we have logged another
            ​​complaint on[protected] and complaint no: 4448, still we are waiting for the response.

            Also find the attached images for your reference and we urge you to replace the entire product with immediate effect or refund whatever we paid.

            However, we understand
            ​your product and we are not in such position to face ​any ​more problems.

              The worst customer care service i ever had, made complaint to cc on 11th august 2017 for halogen oven, complaint no. 7962, nobody came till now, everytime i call up they say today vll arrange, pathetic. I m calling everyday n dey r saying thy will arrange today but they r not bothered, worst experience with usha appliances n customer care. I ll try my best that nobody will take usha product because they r not bothered about their customer.

                Purchase an Usha Fan no. 14168866h. Model STRIKER Platinum 1200mm on 2nd Feb.2017. After running 6 months, it creates problem from August 17.
                Main problem is Speed of fan is very slow and stop sometime.

                Request to Send S.E. for check & repair the fan at the earliest and oblige.

                Bought a food processor on Aug 02, 2017. It is not working from 15th. Raised customer care ticket on 16th and daily calling customer care after that. Still nobody attended and issue not resolved.

                  Very disappointing with the service provided from usha halogen owen department.

                  First they didn't sent any service men for 3 week after than they sent an man with no knowledge about own. When i called service men is saying that he has resigned from company. Now i got a call and they are saying i have to pay 1500 to solve fuse issue even though the owen is in warranty.

                  Highly not recommended they are cheating customers

                      I purchased my induction chulha on 24/02/2017. I have problem with the induction hot top then i have submitted my induction in a service center on 12/06/2017 in gaya bihar.
                      But still my problem is not resolved. Service center always given date from last about 30 days and when i reach there my product was in the same condition.

                        Although they say this is Usha International but service is worse than a local company. My ceiling fan was within warranty. Even after complaining the local guys didn't turn up.
                        The call centre and pan India team took it seriously and used to call every week to know whether anyone has called for servicing but they don't have any control on the service agent in Bangalore. Somebody from local repair team falsely reported back that service has already been done.
                        If you are in northern part of India you can dare to buy Usha. But if you are in rest of India rule is pretty simple, blindly trust Crompton for any devices in this segment as they service in just 1-2 days. I had Crompton rice cooker and it was serviced in just 1 day.
                        My usha sewing machine doesn't work
                        We ordered your product on 26th june and it was delivered in a very bad condition and after days it was not working normally we had to check it and then we suspected there was something loose so please send someone to check the product we have 2 years warranty

                              Pl. Find below the details :
                              Product : desert cooler
                              Brand : usha
                              Model : air king with honey comb technology
                              Purchase date : 10/3/2017
                              Cost : 13000
                              First compaint (After 15-20 days) : water leakage (Resolved)
                              Second complaint (After about 1 month) : tank alarm spoiled due to which the cool button did not work and the cooler became useless (Resolved)
                              Third complaint : no cooling effect (After about 1 and half month) : the technician came and just cleaned the holes and suggested to place it near the window or outside and he himself said that they will be not very much effective, we did that but still no effect, we tried it in our small bed room as well and we even slept on our terrace one night to see the effect but there was no change.
                              Fourth complaint : after this i started dropping messages on usha international website and their facebook page and twitter as well, i am doing so on daily basis since last 2 weeks, there was a call from the service center and they sent a technician on 3rd june but since there was no power at home, he could not do anything, but even he said that it will work like this only, there will not be much cooling from this equipment, and its 4th day after his visit today there is no follow up call from the company neither the guy visited again.
                              My question now is then why the company is selling the product by calling it as a desert cooler when it just works like a fan, the honey comb does not work the way wood wool works this is my observation, as the water do not stay absorbed in them, it just flows down straight away, so there is no cooling effect at all.
                              Resolution : i want preferably a refund or else replacement with another cooler with wood wool

I called usha care and your service persons answered like they cannot come to our place (My place is 40km from coimbatore) because its out of city. And also he said they will provide video. With that video how can we use and how will we maintain that??. Could you please arrange for demo. Otherwise clearly mention along with product detail itself that you can able to give demo for particular location only.. Please provide a solution for this.

                                  Two of the jar of food Processer is not working in the machine, earlier complain request was C[protected] Ref.No.6167, but closed without resolve. Please look into the matter.
                                  I brought a usha janome wonder stitch sewing machine - 1 nos on 11.06.2017 at lamba company, karol bagh, new delhi, but still now no one came to my house for demo purpose from usha international, i booked a complaint to customer care (Ref.No.C[protected], Dt.13.06.2017), but there is no response from usha international.

                                    Purchased usha product - 6liter aqua genie water heater in nov 2015 with two years warranty through amazon.in.. The water heater stopped working 6 months back and we had called usha toll free number 1800•1033•111 to register complain.. Service engineer came and fixed the problem only for it reoccur 10 days later. Called usha again and they tired to fix the product atleast twice but to no avail. I then started to demand a replacement. Since then i had called atleast 50 times and talked to 10 call center agent and 5 managers from usha who all are very prompt in picking up the call and promising 48hrs turn around. But the service engineer never turns up but they give excuse that our mobile was not reachable or we are not answering.. This cat and mouse thing is now going on for past several months. Once the call center guy put me made me listen to a conversation he had with the service engineer who was complaining about unpaid dues for visiting charges. I understood that usha does not promptly pay visiting charges to the service vendors. I have no other option left but to explore options other than calling the 1800 number.. Hence i am filing this complain hoping to get some solution

                                      This dispenser is not working properly as the cold water is coming from the normal water zone...in other words normal temperature water is not coming from the dispenser and this complaint is coming from the 3rd day when we bought this...                                         Totally disappointed by the usha service. I have launched the complaint regarding the processor on 3 april 2017 that the two steel jugs are not working properly. There executive came and said that the jugs have to be replaced. After replacement only one jug worked other one did not. Then the other executive came and said he has to adjust the jug. Therefore he opened the processor and did something. Since that moment processor is making to much noise and the chutney jug is not working and today is 24 the may.
                                        Still waiting for the service by usha
