I bought your product (water heater) last December.
Power since last week Only the indicator works. The heater does not work. An electric shock is observed in the heater
I reported the above issue to customer service. It's been 5 days and still no one has come. Is it right to deal with a customer.Your product in an electrocution situation? In case of accidental death of human being, the liable person has to answer in the consumer court
