Vespa — Complaint on Service center, Rajahmundry

I met with an accident on 6/10/2021 in Rajahmundry itself while going to the work. My bike was purchased on 2/01/2021 only. One of my assistant took the bike to the service center in Rajahmundry and I spoke with him over the phone, The person in the service center is so rude that than accident it caused me pain. He said that half of the amount only will be reimbursed by the insurance company and remaining the customer has to pay. We accepted for that also and he promised us to give the bike with proper condition after 1 week. Inspite of no. of phone calls, we got the bike ready (Incomplete) on 25/10/2021. Many of the parts were not replaced and when I spoke him over the phone, he answered very rudely. The rating what we can give to the only one service center in Rajahmundry is zero, 0. I felt very disappointed for purchasing Vespa. Hope this should not happen with any other customer. In our busy life we cannot stress much on all these issues. Try to increase the service centers in Rajahmundry or else make the workers and supervisors to be polite to the customers and ask them to resolve the problems in a smooth manner without hurting anyone.
