Vespa — My vespa scooty accident

Unfortunately my scooty was face a accident at ambodala dist-rayagada....
State - odisha..
On-18/02/2017.

And i submitted the scooty at vespa showroom in bhubaneswar (3s motors).
They tell when i submit the vehicle after 15 days they completed the work of accident on-28/02/17..
But still now they not do this work..
So i complained...

Therefor plz recognise my word.
