Vespa — Product and service centre | |||
Sir, I had purchased a vespa scooter 125cc on July 18th, 2018 from Jorhat, Assam. But after that I constantly face problems from the dealer service centre where there were some manufacturing defects also of my scooter, which was not taken seriously from the dealer. i) The chief machinic has very poor skill worker as well as his behaviour also not pleasant ii)Response from the owener of the dealer also not satisfactory. iii)Once I have noticed that the dealer charge mechanic charges against each item. And as per my knowledge it is not valid in any other company's workshop.(Photo of invoice bill has been attached here) iv) I have proper documents of Insurance, still the dear did not accepted my approaches about Insurance claim. Even did not supply my broken part since last six month. These are just few examples of problems that I have faced. Kindly let me know how I can solve my problem and approach them.
