Hi, I am a vespa customer for over 8 months now. I am extremely disappointed with the mileage and the CUSTOMER SERVICE provided to me. I have serviced my bike 4 times now. Every time I have been complaining about my dissatisfaction and there has been no action taken to resolve my issue. These are my concerns : 1. First of all my vespa gives very low mileage. I.e. an average of 30km per litre. This is extremely low compared to what the mentioned standard is. 2. Every service is charged between 600 - 900 rupees irrespective of whether it is a free or charged service. It is very unfair to charge the customer for water/soap etc. 3. Pick up/delivery to and from the house is charged at very high rates. Even if I want it only to be picked or dropped, the charge is 350 rupees.I can do 2 roundtrips with that money!! 4. The customer service agents are extremely rude and do not speak politely and do not address my concerns. In one of the calls, the agent suggested to do a mileage test.Hence, I have been requesting for a mileage test from sometime now, but the service representatives are very rude and keep denying/refusing any requests made.I had asked for a mileage test in my previous service which happened on Jan 31st 2015 which was a saturday. I was told that they CANNOT do a test today as they are busy. I asked for an alternative option as I am a working professional and can only make it to the service center on a weekend, to this the representative said that it is NOT POSSIBLE to do it on a weekend. I asked them if I could come in the evening on a weekday and the representative said that THERE WILL BE TRAFFIC and hence it CANNOT be done. Left with no option, I lodged a complaint and the response came as a call today at 11 am from the same representative. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the way the representative spoke to me. She initially asked me to come to the showroom with my bike before 1pm. I said it was not possible as it was just a 2 hour notice and also I am at work and would have to go all the way home to pick up the bike and go to the service center which would be around 50km for me. I requested for a pick up from my house but that was also refused saying I have to be there for the mileage test.Left with no option, I told her that I am ready to come very early(as soon as store opens) on saturday so that they can arrange for the mileage test but then again I was REFUSED for the service saying IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. I could not help but ask her to escalate the call to the manager whom I thought can help me out, bu the response to that was that THERE IS NO MANAGER HERE, I AM THE MANAGER. Is this the way a customer is treated at VESPA??? I am thoroughly disappointed and have nowhere to go to seek for help. Please take some action and get me out of my misery

regarding rear suspention failure

    Hi, I purchased Vespa scooter on 3rd Nov 2013 from Vespa dealer (ATS Motors Gwalior ). According to them my vehicle is in complementary offer for getting additional free services and free oil replacement. But at the time of servicing ATS Motors charged 200/- for oil replacement but after some discussions they agreed by mistaken they have charged it, and going to refund it in next servicing. After 1 month I came to know their service center is closed. Now their is no vespa service center in Gwalior M.P. For next servicing Vespa company sent Agar dealer to do routine servicing. But at that time also they told they don't know about the scheme of my vehicle and they charged 200/- for oil replacement. But after following up with customer care, I was able to convince Agra representative with the fact that they have put unnecessary charges on my vehicle. And on mail in written they have replied they are going to return the money in next servicing. But this month I came to know Agra center is also closed. Now my concern is who is going to pay this money to me which is promised by Vespa service center representative ( 200/- of ATS motors and 200/- of Agra service center ) Now my another concern is Vespa has closed its service center from Gwalior, and my vehicle is having issues. I bought a New Vespa Piaggio dated :23/04/2013 from M/s.Classic Bikes Pvt.Ltd from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.My scooter colour is MAROON & Registration Number is :GJ-01-PL-7418. Since beginning, Day one, I have a starting problem with my New Vespa Piaggio Scooter. As stated in My bill Invoice No:13RT00036, the EXIDE BATTERY No:6B34923614.On the day of Delivery, it seems that a SecondHand Battery was placed in my New Vespa Piaggio scooter.Earlier, this problem was also brought to your kind Notice, through Mails. Further, on 09/08/2014, I had gone for a Routine service of my Scooter, Service coupon No:06.(Meter Reading :2288 Kms)at workshop of M/s.ASPI AUTOLINK Pvt.Limited based at Ahmedabad.I am really sorry to say and I admit that they spoiled my Scooter, which infact worked/ran/functioned much more better, earlier.After the services dated 09/08/2014 it is not running properly.They spoiled my brakes and Liners.This is my complaint which has been brought to your kind notice. However, my next Scooter service falls on 16/10/2014, as per the SMS alert/message sent from them.Again, I would not like to go there for my Scooter service, in future.Could/Would you kindly send me/give me the address of any other Vespa Services Station, in Ahmedabad ??? I have never given my scooter to any one for a ride.I do not use much, and till date the Meter reading is 2640 Kilometres, it's over a year, since I have bought, my scooter. I already have lots of Problems related with the functioning of my Vespa Piaggio scooter, the problems faced by me as given as under : (1) Starting Problem with the Battery.However, I know for a startup, I have to use the "KICK", after 12 Hours.But, atleast after using 12/13 kicks, itdoesn’t start, what’s the problem ? (2)Tunning of Scooter.There is a problem in "VENT" for which there is no good pickup. (3) Brakes & Liners are to be checked properly. (4)A good speed with Smoothness, which my Scooter gave before 09/08/2014.I mean before the 6th Service Coupon, the average is also not good. (5)There are 3 collision spots on my scooter, formed by normal accidents.I need to repair that part of my scooter, with the imported Maroon colour, which is not available in local market. Since then, I do not use my Scooter any more.Now-a-days if I want to go anywhere, I hire AutoRikshaws.I am fedup from the services of Vespa Piaggio service centre, Ahmedabad. I hope, you will understand my problems, which I am facing.I am sure, you will try to resolve all my problems related with my scooter, at the earliest.         My sister Ms, sreena purchased vespa lx 125 sooter from m/skoyasscoobikes, kozhikkode, kerala.and now under stood that this sales outllet is closed by the company.The scooter is having lot of complaints and on enquiry through company"s toll free no advised us to sent the vehicle to other service centers which are more than 200 km away.As more customers are waiting for servicing etc.I requisted to arrange a camp service at kannur, (kerala) as we are residing here.But so far no action is taken by company

          Sir We got vehicle last 2 year back till date your service very poor service.Every time we go to service centre he is not having material stock (Double Road showroom, Bommanahalli show room & peenya 2nd stage show room).show room incharger is telling vehicle is stopped so material is not coming .Please supply to showroom proper materials

            Bought my vespa in Aug 2013 complaint about paint peeling to my dealer he just did't response. I taught it's just is one spot let me just leave it. But paint peeling started in other spot's also when complaint to dealer he say may be stone have throw to my vespa or i have fallen the vespa while driving let me say i am 5.11 feet tall and my feet easily touch the ground if I am imbalance & i have never fallen my vespa while driving. Then after quarrelling with them for 3to4 month i came to know that i can e-mail my complaint to company . I e-mail my complaint along with photo to company was happy to get quick response my complaint was register (Pvespa97) but but know response even after 1 month . When i call company call center they just assure me to attaint but can't say the time limit. Company Vespa have well trained their dealer and call center to cheat customer nothing iconic about their standard . After sale service is the worst Frankly was happy to driving before 1st service after that no good driving experience .Than after 2nd service worst no pick up below 20km speed I have to push through slow bangalore traffic and my back is breaking.

              The Manager, Piaggio Subject: Bike ignition/power supply issue Dear Sir, I had purchased a white Vespa from Bajura Sales at Borivali (West) in Oct-2012, I am facing serious issues with the ignition, I have been repeatedly informing this to the distributor but I see no resort to the issue. The bike jerks off in the middle off the road and highways causing serious problems and life concerns. The distributor says this is an issue which can only be addressed by Piaggio India and I write to you today with great hope of resolving the issue at the earliest.                 Govn keeps on doing summits around the world but doest look into Indian cities where people are facing the problem of jams and Noise pollution because of Diesel Autos !
                Piaggio autos are the worst kind of auto to be seen on Indian roads.
                I dont know why the govn is allowing the production of such autos.
                They only create noice pollution. Such cheap autos have been dumped into small towns and we have no way out.
                Do hell with such auto companies :/

                Bajaj — noise pollution

                Bajaj should take the resposibility to make there 3 wheelers autorickshaw sound proof. Lot of noise is created by all autos slincer everyday. If the sound is measured it will definetally be more than a loud speaker. why bajaj cannot rectify this slicencer nosie issue.
                Piaggio ape vehicles produce huge noise pollution as if earthquake is coming when it passes nearby.
                Our govt should immidiately take action to ban this models which causes heavy noise pollution.
                I am surprised to see that they pass the noise pollution comfortably and get necessary approval for marketing from concerned authorities.How do they manage to do so?
                yes. these dirty vehicles should be immediately removed from the country. its a disgrace to this country. foreigners already thinks that india is a land of snake charmers.

                  I had purchased vespa 125cc scooter on dt 20/01/2013 Rs 68000/- jagatpuri showroom . After two or three days scooter stopped suddenly and did not start. I send the scooter to company service centre on 25/1/2013 and after inspected by service manager said that sctooter had electric proplem.and change elec. Cable after 3 to 4 days that same problem in this scooter and after numerous complaint this scooter is in out of order on dt 20/1/2013 please do not purchased vespa scooter because sevice is very poor . This company showroom and sevice manager is very rude. Mohd saleem
                  i had purchased vespa 125cc in january in hyderguda showroom, hyderabad. the servicing in this showroom is very poor. recently i met with an accident and applied for insurance. the insurance company approved for the repair charges. firstly the showroom persons told it will take 4-5 days for the entire process. after one week when i enquired about the status, they said that the paint work has been done and it will take 2 more days to dry. after that they said that the mud guard spare part has been used for some other bike, and the new one has to come from pune. after 15days days also my bike is not ready. they have never intimated me about the thing . i have to call and find out the status every time. the service person ( srikanth) and the servicing manager( rakesh) is very irresponsible. better avoid this showroom. they dont know how to be with a costumer.

                  Tvs wego is 100% better than vespa not only in service but also in purchase price, mileage, the horn press button, the weight, the height and is comfortable in every aspect.( my dad uses Tvs wego).

                  I had purchased vespa 125cc scooter on dt 14/06/2013 sarswati vihar, delhi showroom . After 25 days scooter stopped suddenly and did not start & make noise on both front and back. I send the scooter to company service centre on 18/07/2013 and scoter not inspected by service manager he said that its normal not big issue. same problem in this scooter and after numerous complaint this scooter is in out of order. please do not purchased vespa scooter because sevice is very poor .                     I purchase scooter as mentioned last month from authorized center in NOIDA.. Draft of the quotation amount was sent & the payment invoice had a difference of around 15oo/-. When I brought the notice with dealer, accountant gave baseless grounds like added more heads of expenses apart from the quotation/ sales invoice.
                    Main concern is that in spite of many reminders at the customer care of the company as well as with the dealer, no action has been taken.
                    It seems that such organizations are not at all customer cared. Once the product has been sold the doors are closed. There is no monitoring of complaints on mails. Web sites show many persons name looking after customer care ie SANJAY MITTAL VP (SALES & CUSTOMER CARE), & few more. Even their accessibility is like once in a blue moon.
                    I hope through this site care will be taken.

                    Vespa LX 125 not worth Rs 80, 000

                    I purchased Vespa LX 125 last month, within 15 days the noise started from the front wheel in potholes then i came to know their is a fork problem, wherein i drive the vehicle at the speed of 40. I gave my vehicle for 1st service and informed them about the fork issue. But the mechanic gave me a stupid reason that we need to do oiling and greasing in the shock absorber. Still the issue is not solve. I think once the vehicle is sold the chapter is closed.

                    Average not even 40 km pl.

                    No rear bracket available for the pillion rider (back support for the pillion rider)

                    We have been admiring the Vespa's quality and aesthetics since its relaunch in India. Finally in January 14, we were supposedly the proud owner of VESPA VX, (Registration no. GA08 W 9134, Registered in the name of Dayanand A. Lotlikar), bought from your dealer - M/S Quadros Motocorp Co.

                    However we faced a lot of issues with the vehicle and on repeatedly complaining to the servicing centre, nothing was done. All the repair done was for short term.

                    1. I have been complaining of a weird sound at the rear wheel since the 1st servicing. The sound appeared when I applied brakes or when accelerated. Everytime after servicing, the sound disappeared and magically reappeared after a couple of days.

                    2. On the 5th servicing done after 12000km on 22 Nov 2014, I complained about the same. I do not have a clue what was done. When I asked, I was told that the sound is gone.

                    3. On 27th Nov 2014, mere 200km after the 5th servicing, my bike broke down about 40 km from my residence at night 8.30pm. However, I had no option but to keep the bike there and return home all the way.

                    4. The next day, on informing your servicing centre, they sent a mechanic, who after half way called me and told me to get a part from the showroom. Well, just as a courtesy, I traveled again 40 km with the part. On repair, the sound has disappeared, which meant that the problem I was complaining about was due to faulty drum since the beginning.

                    5. The drum which failed had no groves at all. I have the pictures for your reference. I am amused as how, this part can fail just after 12, 000km. You dealer on repeated complain has ignored to inspect the bike during servicing. Or what was the point of 5th servicing.

                    6. To make matters worse, the mechanic has fitted the new drum on the damaged shaft and hence the new drum must also be damaged. Also the servicing staff, Mr. Mahesh, (who talks sarcastically and arrogantly because we complained to the company) is blaming us . According to him, we have removed the main nut and kept it loose which is a false accusation.

                    7. On repeated arguments, the showroom servicing staff has replaced the shaft, but is nor replacing the drum. Also the mechanic has hit the engine cover with some metal denting it in the process.

                    8. When we went to check what was done, he has mentioned in the job card that, “ the parts are given on goodwill even though it is customers mistake.” I’m not agreeing to this and have not signed the card. As of now my bike is still with the showroom. I’m waiting for the company reply or I’ll have to take legal course of action.

                    This is the state of your servicing centre in Goa. Your dealer, who is supposedly the dealer of some other brands is notorious for bad servicing.

                    I always justified the high cost by the quality. But if this is the state, then I'll have to reconsider my view. My bike has broken down 3 times within 12, 000km and I'm really frustrated with the service.

                      I am facing problems of leack petrol every day & rear tyre & back carrier with junck and color damaged complaint regarding the same to authorised service centre at khanna & ludhiana but no solution there is technical fault and that to without a soution such kind of very poor service your aut. centre manager & owner not bother any complaint till[protected] not remove fault on scooter service WHY

                              i have given scooter before four months ago to aman service center, with amount of Rs.200/- to mechanic, and i was going to delhi for official duty at that time the mechanic was phoned me continuosly the scooter is repaired and he was continuously phoned me regarding taking up of scooter, when i was released from delhi i am going there and ask him give my scooter he shows me the scooter is not repaired, and from that time to till today he is not reparing the scooter and not given to me.
                              what is the best way to right up.

                                WE HAVE PURCHASED PIAGGIO APE XTRA LD ON 12TH OCTOBER 2011 FROM RAMCOR IN GUNTUR BUT THE INVOICE HAVE GIVEN US AS FOLLOWS RAMCOR 33-21-33 SITARAMPURAM ,ELURU ROAD VIJAYAWADA AND IT’S ENGINE NO, CHASSIS NO, GEAR BOX NO ARE AS FOLLWS RIJ2019308, BNJ384050, M756840X.FIRST FREE SERVICE IS DONE ON 5TH NOVEMBER 2011 AND IT’S COUPON NO IS 978561 ON THE DAY THE BREAK PEDAL WAS BROKEN WE ASKED TO REPLACE THE BREAK PEDAL THEY SAID THAT WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE ROD AND YOU HAVE TO DO WELDING TO YOUR BREAK PEDAL IN ANOTHER SERVICE POINTS BY PAYING THE MONEY WE ASKED THEM ITS UR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE US FAVOR THEY ARE TELLING THAT WE HAVE NO EQUIPMENT TO DO SO AND SECOND SERVICE IS DONE ON 5TH DECEMBER 2011 ON THAT DAY THEY ITS GENARAL SERVIES THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE ENGEN OILS,BRAKE OIL,CLEAN THE AIR FILTERS AND TIGHTNING THE NUTS&SCREWS BUT EVEN THEY HAVE NO AIR BLOWER TO CLEAN THE AIR FILTER AND THEY ARE DOING THE WATER SERVICE WITH DRAIN WATER IF WE ASK ANY THINK THEY ARE TELLING THAT GO OUT SIDE AND DO AS U WANT& THEY GAVE US THE VEHICLE DELIVERY ON 6TH DECEMBER 2011 MORNING.BUT BY 6TH DECEMBER 2011 EVENING MY VEHICLE HAS BREAK DOWN.WE TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND ASKED THE REASON FOR THE BREAK DOWN AND FROM THERE SIDE THERE IS NO EXPLANATION.BY THE NEXT DAY WITH OUT ANY INTIMATION THEY HAVE OPENED THE ENGINE AND SAID THAT THE ENGINE PISTON WAS BROKEN.
                                WE SUSPECT THAT THIS IS THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF THE ENGINE.IF ONE’S ENGINE WAS OPENED IT HAS NO LIFE AND THE RESALE VALUE OF THE VEHICLE ALSO EFFECTED.SO WE ASKED THEM NEW ENGINE FOR MY VEHICLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .BUT TILL THE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FAVOR FROM THERE SIDE I AM NOT BOTHERED ABOUT MY SELF MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO BUY THE AUTOS ARE UN EDUCATED THEY ARE FACING MANY PROBLEMS IF THE AUTO BRAKE DOWN THIS MUCH DAY THEY WILL SUFFER WITH TERR EYES MOST OF THE PEOPLE BUY THE VEHICLE IN FINANCE AND THEY HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO FINANCIER EVERY MONTH AND THEY HAVE TO MAINTAIN THERE FAMILY.ITS DIFFICULT TO DO SO WITH OUT RUNNING THE VEHICLE THEY EARN THE MONEY BY SERVICING THE PUBLIC.SO PLEASE LOOK AFTER THAT

                                    I was purchased a Piaggio Ape City passenger auto, bearing chassis number MBX0003BFXK944770, from East Venice Auto Alappuzha, Kerala on 07/01/2020 and it has run only 9444 km. Its speedometer cable changed twice with in a month, once the stopper cable and once t he fuel feed pipe changed and I made its payment. The warranty lady from the showroom ( I dont know her name)said that the vehicle has a standard warranty of just 8 months and is now out of date, so the parts are not covered in extended warranty. I politely asked her for warranty details, but she spoke in a way that irritated me harshly. Also she shouted me and cut off the call saying I don't want to talk to you right now. All calls are recorded on my mobile.
                                    Is this customer service.?
                                    Piaggio dealer treat a customer like this.?
                                    How can a person again purchase a piaggio vehicle because the customer service like this..?
                                    A staff like this is enough to lose that companies or product goodwill.

                                    In my experience i will never service my vehicle in piaggio showroom.

                                      hi i am rohan from kolhapur i have bought a piaggio ape truk about seven months ago. from the very first day the gear box is not working properly and even the horn is out of order. the local dealer is also not nice they have only one mechanic who carries out all the operationd alone.and as me there are 20-30 other ape truk owners who have the same problem.in seven months i have kept my vehicle about 10-12 days in the garage and i have suffered a loss of about RS 25000 . i tried to sell it but nobody is buying it. one person was ready to buy it but he gave me a offer price of RS 150000.and i hive purchased it for RS 265000. i cant bear so much loss.please help me out.

                                      ape mini ...friends its all part are under complaints...we did not get time to use that vehicle from purchaising...i dont know what they did with that truck...i think all first standard students are assigned to produce that vehicle...if we touch on any parts of the truck, it will be in our hands.the cables we have to change every week..the engine foundations are like plastic stick.with in 6 months engine is in the road...and when we give this for service they will get money every time and they dont do any thing...there service are very poor...so please friends dont buy this one...till we purchase vehicle they will come behind us and after we cand see them with the same face...we had such a incident in kottayam...so please notice this...dont go to st.thomas agencies in kottayam...
