Cheated with holiday club membership

We became members of this holiday club for 3 years paying an amount of Rs. 16000. At the time of taking the membership we were told it is rs. 350 per day for 3 adults and 1 child. We went on our first holiday in Apr-2015. we got a voucher for Rs. 2600.

We paid 26000/- for a travel deal that was offered by a company named Via Bangalore. They showed us there customer details and we assumed that they are giving a good deal so we paid 26000/- Rs. for a vacation, now nobody is responding to the calls, we never availed any vacation, organized by them. Not getting refund

Not paying rent amount as per the agreement

We took member ship in Via-Bangalore by paying Rs. 30000 in 2013, December . While joining they told that if we didn't utilize the offer we can give the offer for rent and they will pay 10, 000 per year. We didn't utilize the offer in 2014.
