Videocon d2h — customer care can use abusive language (really scary)

Hello Anil,

We have parent child connection and out of 4 connection 3 was inactive.
Now we have recharge for 2 months bearing Transaction id:[protected] & order id:[protected][protected].
But our TV is not working still..

If you try to reach Customer care ([protected]), they are not picking up the call many time and execuses by saying server down.

For few time let me just forget about service.

Just now i called from my mob-[protected], But your care people are using abusive language. Is it the way you trainined your care people .?

Please trace this call and the speaker who had picked up this call and take some displinary action against the employee.

Otherwise we will see you at consumer court...
Definitely this will circulate in social media as well.
Its a matter of prestige issue for me now.

Can you take your setup box and return back my money immediately.. Matter will be closed immediately.
Fail to do such, may lead your brand value/turnish your image in market ..Being a digital marketing professional we know how to treat such cheater/fraudster both online and offlline as well.

At the complain Log time i have given Costomer_id already, that reflect your efficiency and seriousness on consumer. However I will not except any further services . Its better to separate and close this matter ASAP.

As per our discussion, you want to split your account so please write us a mail at [email protected] with below mentioned details:-

1) Base Package Name for new customer ID

2) Product Number (Serial Number) and Satellite Card Number (Registration Number) for new customer id.

3) Photo ID and Address proof for the new address (scan copy), if you want to register new ID on some other name

4) Two months recharge value for new customer ID as per base pack

5) NOC if you want to register new ID on some other name

5) New Registered telephone number for new customer id.
