Videocon D2H — d2h now showing proper broadcaster plans on its website and pathetic service of customer care | |||
For the last 20 days i have been trying to change channels as per the trai regulations. I submitted the request online. It was not activated.3 days later i contacted them on the customer are number. It was horrible experience to reach them... They did not pick up. After nearly 50 calls i was able to reach them and requested them to activate particular broadcaster plans. But to my surprise they activated different packs. Now i have been trying to reset my password for online website from last 10 days but to no avail. The password they send does not work. I have been able to login with otp 3 times but to my surprise they are showing very less hd broadcaster packs. Today they are showing just 20 hd broadcaster packs even though only sony/star has 20 individual broadcaster packs. And even if you select some of them u are unable to proceed to finish because their website does not respond. I m thinking to change to airtel/tata sky if the problem does nor resolve.
