[Resolved] Videocon DTH — signal not available message for some channels | |||
Hello, I am getting Signal not available message for some channels like Start TV, zee TV and SubTV etc since last 2 days.. Other channels are working so today I called customer care and call center person tells me to raise a complaint for engineer visit and I will be charged around 200/-. So I asked hime.. If some services are working and some are not then is this my fault? Also same thing happened in past about an year and I had paid Rs. 200/- and engineer didn't do anything but just spoke to someone.
