i had requested for transfer of my d2h connection from thekkallur to calicut on 5th may 2016 to your customer care executive.

he informed me that i will have to pay rs 400/- which includes removal of my existing d2h connection at thekkallur and for my new connection at calicut...

accordingly, your mechanic visited y house at thekkallur on 6th may 2016 and removed the connection a nd i have paid a sum of rs. 400/- to the said mechanic as directed by customer care executives.he asked me that i should make a call to the customer care immediately on reaching calicut so that you r mechanic would come and install and activate my connection.

i regret to inform you that since 8 am in the morning on 7th may i have been trying to contact your customer care executives but without success .how ever i was lucky to get one executive at 2 .00 pm when she told me that i should wait till 5.00 pm in the evening.

at 4.30 pm when i again contacted your customer care executives to know the status of my complaints i was shocked to learn
1)- i will have to pay additional sum of rs 500/- for installation and activation.
2)_ the executive told me that the mechanic would be coming tom y house for installation after 10 hours from 5.00 pm which means the a mechanic will be coming to my house at 2.00 am on 8th may 2016.
3)- i am rather surprised a reputed organization of your repute is making blunders lies executives visit to the residence of the customer in midnight.
4)- how one executives tells me payment of rs 400/- for removal and installation while the other executives demands rs 500/- extra towards installation and activation.is this a fraud from your company ?
i feel sorry to become a consumer o f such fraud companies.

kindly let me know
whether the d2h will be installed and activated at my new address without any additional costs. this work should be done to my satisfaction before 6.00 pk today failing which please refund me the amount lying in my account with interest at 24% so that i can go for any other d2h connection where i would get better services and facilities.

further to my email complaint dated 6th may 2016, i wish to bring to your kind notice the following facts which clearly shows that videocon is telling lies.

1. no executive of videocon d2h visited my house till 10.00 am on 7th may 2016.

2. when i called up the customer care, the executive told me that since he did not have my full address at the new place, the complaint has not been registered.

3. when i spoke to the team leader mr. bindesh, i was surprised to note that my complaint has been attended on 6th may 2016 at 2.00 pm.and the d2h has been installed. he also told me a lie that the executive could not contact me on my phone as it was switched off.

4. now i have received a sms message stating that the engineer would come to install the d2h on monday the 9th may 2016 by 1600 hrs.

hats off to videocon d2h team and their management for fooling the consumers with lies.,

this is not the first time that they have told such lies number of times. i think it is high time that the management intervene and take legal action. as far as i am concerned, my msg has been recorded and will be taking up the matter with higher authorities.

customer id no.[protected]. i had requested for relocation from thekkallur to calicut on 5th may 2016. on 6th may 2016 the mechanic came to my house and dismantled the connection and collected rs.400/= towards dismantling and re installation charges. at that time, the mechanic told me that once i reach calicut, i should make a call to your customer care and they will depute the mechanic to install the d2h. on 7th may 2016, since morning 8.00 am i was trying to contact the customer care executives but without success. however, at 2.00 pm one lady customer executive talk to me and she assured me that the work would be done by 5.00 pm. since no one turned till 4.30pm i again called up when another lady informed that that it will take 10 hours from 5.00, pm to get the work done (i.e. the engineer will visit my house in the night at 3.00 am_) i had a sleepless night waiting for the mechanic. no one turned up. then on 8th may 2016 when i called up one mr. bindesh (team leader) told me that since i did not respond the phone call from the engineer at 2.00pm, sir/madam

around 2.30pm i called the said engineer and asked for his programme. he told me that he would be coming between 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. i was waiting for him. but he never turned up. thereafter i tried to contact the gentleman called vijay at 5.00pm. i was told by the customer executives that mr. vijay is talking with his wife and hence they can not disturb him. at 9.30pm he called me and said that he would attend the work only on monday or he can come at night. since i was away to one of my relatives house i told him the matter will be taken up with the head office. immediately i also addressed a letter to mr. arun kharee and forwarded to the customer care email id. on monday the 9th my 2016, i tried to contact the gm and ceo. however, i got mr. vijay and he assured all the work will be done in 10 minutes. in the meantime, i got a call from cochin office stating that the engineer had reported that i did not respond to his phone call. i told the said incharge that it was he fixed the time to meet me between 4.00pm and 5.00 pm and he himself called at 9.30 pm and during this time i attended the call. hence he is telling a lie. i told him that due to delay on their part in getting the work executed i want the following:
a) i will not bear any extra cost for the cable
b) the validity of connection would be extended till 31st jan.2017 .
he agreed to both but later backed out from the same. i asked for refund of the money lying in my account as well as the excess payment collected for installation. he refused to this.
this clearly shows that videocon is a fraud company trying to cheat the consumers. hence i would request all the people to boycott products of videocon immediately.
