Videocon Industries — complaint about the new package | |||
My name is sharon pinto. I had to renew my pack on 10th feb. I normally recharge rs.500/- every month. But now since we have the new scheme which says you can select the channels you need and pay accordingly. I needed to do the same. I had selected the channels which i was interested in viewing which totalled to 327/-, but when i tried calling the customer service i was put on hold saying that they are busy. The same msg continued for 3 hrs. Till night 1.30am i was trying to touch base with them. Finally my daughter recharged for rs, 500/-. Now none of the english channels or sports channels are visible, which was earlier there. I am shocked as to where the 500/- recharge channels are connected to. I am trying calling the customer care but the number is not getting connected. Please advice. Or the other option would be for me to discontinue your services and opt for other service providers. This is the third time i am having problem with videocon and the worst service given by them. Was this information helpful? | |||
