We been following up with videcon customer care since month of our led tv replacement which is pending since one months. Every time i call to customer care i get same old responce we have urgently forwarded email to service centre you will get the call in next 24 / 48 hrs. Led purchase on 25 dec 2015 from vijay sales - prabhadevi branch with 3 years warranty and in less than 2 years product had black light issue - no video only audio.. Also registered complaint online but they also no reply. Would line to know futher status and will get the replacement or not?
