Videocon Industries through
Vijay Sales Borivali West Branch with three years warranty on 9/9/2017. Since 15/4/2018, the display of my TV has gone blank and only sound is heard. I have lodged complaint with customer care thrice and twice technicians visited my house and checked my TV and told that Panel is not working and needs to be replaced. Till today niether my TV is repaired nor the same is replaced. Even Service centres of

Videocon Industries nor my complaint is resolved till date. Today is the 42nd day after the display of my TV has gone blank and it is still under warranty period and even two EMI of
Bajaj Finance Ltd is yet to be repaid. Service centres are not responding when called and Customer care do not give satisfactory answers. I have become now frustrated. I am now doubtful whether
Videocon Industries will take cognizance of my complaint and will repair or replace my TV or will I have to file a complaint before Consumer forum on the ground of deficiency of service of
Videocon Industries and claim compensation and costs of litigation from the company. Hope that reputed organisation like
Videocon will not compel me to approach Consumer forum for redressal of my grievances.
Videocon Industries and its service centres are once again reminded and requested to forthwith treat my complaint as urgent and resolve the issue of my TV either by repairing it or by replacing it with new TV atleast with 2/3 days. If nothing is done or nothing is heard then I will have no other option but to approach consumer forum and claim compensation and damages from
Videocon Industries for the loss and sufferings caused to me due to deficiency in the services after sale of their product and giving fake warranty when they do not intend to fulfill their committment during warranty period and thereby they have deceived and cheated me and wasted my hard earned money for purchase of the above product.

Vijay sales Borivali West and also received call from
Videocon Service centre asking me to send images of my TV, It model No: and Purchase bill which I have already sent to the, and requested them to either repair my TV or replace my TV as today is the 43rd day I am without watching my TV which I have purchased from my hard earned money and I am deprived of watching my TV without any fault on the part only due to negligence on the part of
Videocon Service Centre as they are neglecting my calls and do not respond whenever I called. Hence kindly treat this as urgent and do the needful at the earliest. My entire vacation is lost.

Yesterday Vikas Pandey asked me to send the photos of my TV, model number and copy of purchase bill and he told me that within an hour he will get approval for replacement of my TV as parts are not available and it cannot be repaired. However after sending the photos, I have not received any call nor any mail from Vikas Pandey
Videocon Service Centre, Today is 44th day when the display of TV has gone blank. I have also forwarded the photos on
Videocon Industries consumer complaint page and
Vijay sales consumer complaint page. yesterday and today morning.Till now I am upset as I have not received any response to my mail or complaint.I once again remind you and request you to forthwith either repair my TV or replace my TV at the earliest.Next week my work will commence after vacation and therefore therefore no body will be available if techinicians of
Videocon will visit my house for repairs or replacement. I am available till sunday 3/6/2018 whole day at home. Therefore if my TV is repaired or replaced before 3/6/2018 then there will not be any difficulty. Kindly do the needful and oblige. Anxiously awaiting your reply urgently with your favourable response and your co-operation.

Today is 45 days over. Since 45 days I have been contacting your customer care and service centre on various numbers given to me by customer care i.e. [protected], [protected], [protected], , [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and your customer care on 39404040 but I have failed to get any response from them and no satisfactory replies are given. Service centres do not pick up my calls and customer care gets irritated due to frequent calls.
As a consumer of
Videocon Product I have purchased 50" LED TV on assurance of 3 years warranty from
Vijay sales on 9/9/2017 and on 15/4/2018 within one year period of warranty the display of my TV gone blank. I have repeatedly send complaints on
Videocon Industries complaint forum and
Vijay sales Forum but except giving fake assurance and asking me to wait for some time, no action is taken. Thrice I have lodged complaints with customer care and twice technicians visited my house and checked my TV and said that the panel is not working and needs to be replaced. However till today niether my TV is repaired nor replaced.
As a consumer I am suffering since last 45 days. I have therefore send mails to
Videocon as well as to
Vijay Sales but no satisfactory reply is given to me. I am therefore frustrated.
In view of my above pain kindly assist me from your end to get my complaint resolved at the earliest either my TV can be repaired or the same can be replaced. Even if it cannot be done atleast inform me that your company had given fake warranty committment and they do not intend to fulfil their committment. Please understand my problem seriously and do the needful to redress my grievances and either get my TV repaired or replace my TV and do the needful shortly. Period of warranty is getting over and nothing has been done till today. Your service centre Mr Vikas Pandey asked me to send images of my TV model Number and Purchase bill which I have already sent but till date he has not informed me the status of my complaint nor has taken any steps to resolve my complaint. Hence please treat this as urgent and do the needful to redress my grievances.
