Videocon Industries — D2H-Signal Not Available | |||||
This is regarding Videocon D2h Pathetic service. As I was out of town and when I came back then I have recharged my D2h on 18-Aug-2021 and since then I'm getting no signal issue on my TV screen. I have checked all the wires and its properly connected and there are no climatic issues which can disturb the signals. The day I recharged the D2h, I was able to see some random channels including some HD channels which by the way I have NOT selected in my pack. Channel signals are very poor so I wasn't able to watch TV even for 2 hours. And now my recharge is about to end as it got wasted with this no signal issue from last 1 week. When I complained about this in D2H customer service then executives don't respond properly and disconnects the call without listening to our problem. When I called again then they keep on telling for the service engineer who will charge Rs 200 for his visit. Why would I pay 200 for a poor service that's even not a fault from my end. It seems you guys only need to snatch money from your customers. This is unacceptable. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously I am thinking of moving to another service provider. Please respond to my complaint (CUSTOMER ID=[protected], Name- Sandeep Singh) and resolve this issue ASAP with refund for my wasted recharge. Otherwise I will wait till my subscription expires and would end this useless connection with Videocon because of your pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
