[Resolved] Videocon Industries — debit card payment success but not recharged and not refunded | |||||
My videocon d2h id is:[protected], i have made an online payment in videocon d2h site for 3 months pack for rs. 1, 350/- on[protected] at 10:33 am thru sbi debit card. The amount of rs. 1, 350/- was debited in my account but it was not recharged. And till not the amount was not refunded to my account. Several times i have called to customer care of videocon d2h, they would say that the amount rs. 1, 350/- has already been reversed to your account on[protected] with transaction id was: 40651405 which is not credited to my account. Hence it is requested to find out the amount rs. 1, 350/- which account it has been credited. Name: d. Sreenivasulu Cell no.
