[Resolved] Videocon Industries — Don't buy Videocon and poor service | |||||
Hello, In chennai due to cylon by d2h device lost signal, till I am not getting a signal and raise the complaint on 14, Dec 2016 ( complaint no.[protected]. But till now no one is called again I was spoken to Videocon customer on dec, 18. but their response is pathetic, my compliant is closed without my concern and they said again raise the complaint (no. 48614842.) but 14 Dec to 21 Dec as of now I am paying without using services.
