Dear sir,
I am valuable customer of vediocon form last 6 year. I would like to inform you that my name was mentioned wrong in your master as the time of instalation. I have several timed informed your customer care as wells as mail return. I have given all document instalation time and also given same on relocation time,. But still my name was changed.
I have another connection in my name at my home town mangalore, that customer id is[protected].

In this reagard i request you to pls resolve the issue as earliest as possible.
