[Resolved] Videocon Industries — regarding selling of third class refrigeration and unresponsive service center | |||
Has bought the titatnium silver refrigerator double door, 280 lt. On 28th march 2017 from vijay sales. In september there was no ice formation in refrigerator. So lodged a complaint at videocon customer care. Still awaiting for engineer to come and check the issue. The service engineer mobile number provided by customer care is responding.
