Date: 5th november, 2017 The below matter is already mailed to [protected]@ygmail.in & [protected]@ygmail.in on 5th nov at 7.20 pm Dear sir/madam, I had bought a videocon smart ddb led vju40fh18xahfda bearing serial no.[protected] from vijay sales at mira bhayandar, dist. Thane 401107 outlet on 19th april, 2016 (Around 18 months ago) with the 1+2 years extended warranty. On 29th october, 2017 around 6pm suddenly the image was disappeared & only the output was audio - instead of audio & video (Fault is no image). I raised the compliant with customer care on same date i. E. 29th october, 2017 my compliant no. Is tha[protected] & it is also serviced by mr. Vikash (Contact t no. [protected]) on 1st nov, 2017. He visited my place & asked me rs.800+18% gst= rs.944 as visiting charges & he took some photographs of the television & told me the snapshots will be forwarded to company & company will reply by 2nd nov, 2017 around 12pm. If they confirm to repair the tv then he will inform us or it will take around 12000/- to replace the panel if we want to replace it. I asked him company should replace it free of cost as it is in warranty period & the case is not of physical damage as we were already aware the 75% of led television are repaired due to no image problem. After visit i am in touch with mr. Vikash on daily basis weather had he got any reply from company, he simply said ‘no’, may be get up to tomorrow, the same answer he used to reply. I also called customer care support for information but they said it is pending & didn’t have more information about this; they just send the reminder call to my local service centre & asked me to wait for 24 hours. Now i am totally frustrated what the hell service is provided by videocon, they just bother to collect the service charges on 1st first after that customer may go to hell – company is not at all bothered after sale service. Today after 5 days still the query is pending no one knows why the company is not yet replied. But yet no information is provided by customer care support or service centre of mira-bhayandar that in warranty period why i should i pay charges for parts. It should be replaced free of cost during the warranty period & when it will be replaced (How many more days required to replace the panel) I hope the above information will be enough for the videocon team to solve my complaint for replace of panel if required to make tv in working condition.
