Videocon Industries — videocon d2h is charging for service which is not my problem | |||
My videocon d2h account got exhausted as on aug 12th. I wanted to change my package and also recharge on aug 13th. I completed paying rs 1504.80/- through google pay towards videocn d2h customer id : 90146001. Amount is showing up in my account. Channels are not showing up and i called the customer care. I was told to keep the set top box open for 15 min and they do a refresh activity. This happened multiple time and i could also see the channel 149. Dd national. Other paid channel are not coming up. I was told that in this situation a technician will come to house and attend the complaint for this rs 200/- will be charged. My logical question to videocon is 1. A service which was working last night, is not working this morning. I have paid rs 1504.80/- and it is responsibility of video to get me my channels. Why should they charge rs 200/- extra when it is not my mistake. Set top box and antenna has no physical damage. 2. When i am getting dd national and not other paid channel, how come a technician will fix it and why should i be charged. Videocon does not have a helping customer support staff and it is looting money in the name of technician charge. Was this information helpful? | |||
