Videocon Industries — worst service ever - videocon | |||
I have purchased a videocon led tv on 10-dec'17 from vijay sales and it stopped working on 14th april'2018. I have registered a complaint on 15th april'18 but the customer service of videocon is the worst you can ever experience. There customer service staff is merely a joke and is really pathetic. The only thing they would tell you is your issue would be resolved in next 24 hours and i have been hearing this since last 20 days approx and one of the no which they would give you for escalation would never pick p the call. I am wondering that videocon as a company is a actually paying these guys in the name of service. I am still trying to find a guy who can help get the problem resolved.
