It doesn't matter to me now. Without having received any support from customer care, your operation team, your back end team, your zonal CRM officer, your zonal sales team I decided to switch off to Airtel. It seems the technician is running the company. He is all in all the CEO of the company. He is managing the entire operation. Every one in the customer service team from junior officer to supervisor to SDL, did not take my complaint request.
I tried every possible way to get a resource visit. I also requested for a new connection so that I could have a 2nd connection. But all my efforts went in vain. Had I ben in the management team, I would have penalized the service team and sued the technician for hampering the goodwill of your company.
What I do feel now is that Videocon is a headless company run by 5th pass technicians, who call themselves engineers.
I no more need your services even if you provide me lifetime free services. Your post sales service suck, it's after all a company headed by group of technicians
