[Resolved]  Videocon — Regarding recharge

Im having problem of d2h.i have made of 3mnths and its over nearly in a month.when i called customer care they are saying that my plan is different.where as before recharging i called them and because of wrong information of the boot agent i have lost my connection.then whats my fault in it.i confirmed before recharging about 3 times.so i jst want my cashback .my id is[protected]. My complaint no which was registered is[protected] which was registered on September 9 2016.w hen im calling to call center they first interact and then keep my call on hold for hours.i person i interacted with is mr.ritesh thombare and ritesh kate as told by your culling .my request is pending almost 10 days and so writing this.i request you to solve my issue quickly .as we have immense faith in the brand.and also give warning to the workers mentioned above.

We would like to inform you that we have investigated the records & found that our executive has shared the correct information about the long term recharge offer and also requested you to call us back post to get the required package changed post recharging the account, however we have not received any such request, hence your account has been debited against the active PLATINUM HD pack subscription of Rs. 650 per month accordingly.

Moreover, we also like to inform you that presently you are having “Super Gold” base package with monthly subscription of Rs. 275/- in your d2h account. Further, now your d2h account is in disconnected state, hence please recharge your d2h account with appropriate amount to resume your d2h services.
