Customer Id[protected] shankaranarayana bhat ...despite several requests my account details display on TV monitor has not been rectified. I recharge my TV intime and Time and again pop up of reminder/ alerts for recharge creates havoc. Why are you not updating whenever recharged. It seems you are not bothered about this. How many times should I beg you. I am thinking of leaving your service if not rectified my account within 2 days. My ladt updation was on[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||

& TV HD channel is not available in Videocon DTH, Wen call customer care they simply take feedback & assure they will call back. But no call back & no availability of the channel. Very Bad Service. DistTV & TataSky is providing & TV HD channel
